A very nice and well-located small flat with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback is that the bathroom is very small.

Great location and the apartment was clean. The only downside is that the bathroom is extremely small, with the shower positioned right above the toilet. There’s barely enough room for one person inside, and it would be very uncomfortable for a larger guest. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the listing, so I felt the price was a bit high considering how inconvenient the bathroom is.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed the views of the water, the ample sunlight and extra space for our family.

As others have mentioned, I can confirm that the accommodation is in a perfect location for visiting Stockholm. It’s about a 30-minute walk from the central station and a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, in a lively and very nice neighborhood.The apartment matches the photos provided. It’s well suited to a short stay, as the kitchen—and especially the bathroom—are quite small. It’s on the ground floor and looks out onto a lovely inner courtyard, where there’s a table and chairs to sit outside and eat.If you’re comfortable with a very small bathroom, the apartment is perfect thanks to all its other strong points.

Great place to stay for our short getaway. The exterior is very well maintained, the stairwell was clean, and using the entry codes was straightforward—exactly what we needed for a quick trip. We could also have cooked if we wanted; there was a fridge. Lovely large window, with privacy curtains that also darken the room well. Tastefully furnished!

Absolute comfort. Great location, very close to public transport (both buses and the metro). It’s not in the city center, but the town of Sundbyberg offers all the services you need and is well connected to Stockholm.The apartment is comfortable, clean, and quiet. There’s also a TV with the option to connect to Netflix.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is located near restaurants, a store and transportation.

I know the area well but this was perfectly among F&B and other things that I've come to love in Södermalm - coffee places, bookshops, pubs, restaurants. Also close to the Tunnelbana. And one stop and a two minute walk to my favourite Gondolen restaurant among many others.I love the Parakey access system. The apartment was well appointed and a good size. Very livable. I feel like prices in AirBnb have gone up a bit since I first used it in Stockholm 5 years or so ago but I note that the same has happened with hotels that I regularly use, so I think Olof's place is still good value. Would definitely look this place up again.
