The place was in a great location and matched the description.

Perfect location for a holiday in Stockholm. Close to the Gärdet metro station. There are a few restaurants and cafés in the area. It’s within walking distance of the more central parts of Stockholm, about 30 minutes. I recommend the Fosch Artisan Pâtisserie café on Löjtnantsgatan for breakfast. The apartment is spacious and pleasant.

Olof is the consummate host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his lovely flat, located in a quiet and picturesque side of Gamla Stan. The flat was perfect for my husband and me: great location, easy to access local sights, dining and shopping, but not noisy or crowded. When there was a minor issue with shower drainage, Olof responded within minutes and had the issue fixed within the hour while we were out sight seeing. (The shower worked perfectly for the rest of our stay). Highly recommend this gem!

The accommodation is modern, with furnishings just like in the photos, in very good condition and well located. The double bed is excellent, there’s a large bathroom, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There’s also enough space for three people. The living room can’t be fully darkened (the extra bed is in the living room). Friendly contact.

It is in the perfect location central to everything. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

A very pleasant stay in a quiet place with a stunning view of the water. We really appreciated the unbeatable view, the peaceful setting, the easy bus access to the city center, and the hosts’ quick and helpful communication.

We had a great stay in Stockholm at Fredrik's place. We appreciated being in Östermalm area and a little outside of all the city center tourist spots. We also loved that the apartment had outdoor space for some fresh air and laundry, which we needed. Bedrooms were cozy, clean and comfortable and kitchen had everything you need (including a fancy coffee maker with coffee). Of note for others staying: we did end up walking most days to the more tourist parts of the city which is about 20 minutes away (but a very nice walk). There are also not a ton of restaurants nearby but enough to find something if you need (a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment).
