Had the best stay at Andreas’s place for couple of days. Definitely felt very much at home!!

Positive: The apartment is very large and very clean.The bedding is very comfortable and the bus is right outside the secure building, making it very convenient to get around.The location is therefore ideal.Stockholm is one of our best trips.The city is magnificent!The apartments are new, as is the furniture.It is just a pity that there is no TV or microwave.But the apartment is really spacious and impeccably clean, which we greatly appreciated.It is also quiet and located in an equally peaceful neighborhood.We are very pleased with our stay.

The accommodation is impeccable and easily accessible. Close to the old town, about a 15–20 minute walk, with the metro nearby.

Proximity to the slopes

Very pleasant place, well soundproofed, bright, and with a well-maintained floor, even though it is somewhat old, it is painted, varnished, and fitted.

Apartment was extremely clean, just as nice as in the photos and the location was very central. We would love to come back and a big thank you to the really great host!

If I ever come back to Stockholm, I'll choose again this stay. Recommended it to all my friends.

We rented the apartment for a long weekend in Stockholm and felt very much at home there. It is very centrally located and nicely decorated.

Myself, 2 friends and one of our kids had the pleasure of staying at Andreas's apartment during our time in Stockholm and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! Brilliantly located with fantastic amenities, we would happily stay again should we find ourselves in Stockholm again. Thanks Andreas!

Great overall, but it would have been nice to receive information about key handling further in advance.Positive: Everything was fine, except that the key handling instructions arrived very last minute. It can feel a bit insecure when everything is digital, even though it definitely is convenient when it works.Negative: The instructions for key handling were provided too late. I had to update my iPhone to download the app, which took a lot of time and required an entire morning dealing with finding a stable internet connection and an available power outlet to charge my phone.This information could have been provided a week earlier, allowing ample time for proper preparation.If I hadn’t been able to understand it, I might not have been able to access the app and unlock it.

The apartment is perfect for those who appreciate authenticity: a historic apartment in Gustavian style, located in the heart of the old town with a small view of the water.However, it might be less ideal for travelers who prioritize modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a perfectly even and clean floor.

It is a very cozy apartment with a balcony, where you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, allowing you to easily prepare meals. It takes just under 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. A bus stop is located almost right outside the door. With these public transit options, almost anywhere in Stockholm is easily accessible. There is a small supermarket at the subway station where you can buy groceries. We lacked nothing and would definitely come back.

Highly recommend

Lovely apartment with a perfect location and within walking distance to most attractions. A large parking space is right outside. Ski slopes and a lift are directly outside the apartment. The host was exemplary, responding incredibly quickly to questions and providing lots of useful information.

Great location and well-appointed apartment
