My experience in Andreas’s apartment was excellent – clean and well organized overall. It’s located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, yet full of activities and venues, and there’s even a supermarket literally downstairs, which is a big plus. The area is very convenient, especially for getting around by public transport or by car.

The place is exactly as described and the owner sends you very descriptive instructions. Södermalm is a great location, less touristy than gamla stan.

The neighborhood is incredibly fantastic. I really liked the building. It would be helpful to install a power strip in the kitchen to avoid using extension cords and reduce the risk of tripping. It would also be beneficial to fix the sink drainage so the floor doesn’t stay wet and minimize slip hazards. Finally, painting the ceiling in the low-clearance room bright yellow would make it more noticeable and help prevent people from bumping their heads.

Great place to stay, spacious and in a good area. Highly recommend. Only thing to note is if you're coming with multiple people, there is only 1 key to the apartment!

Very cute flat in the middle of Gamla Stan - walkable and convenient for our first trip to Stockholm. High ceilings and comfy beds.

Andreas’s apartment was great value for money. The location was excellent - close to a grocery store, great restaurants, a gelato spot, and both metro and commuter rail stations that take you to the city center in just minutes. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like a filter coffee machine, plenty of clean towels, and multiple mirrors, which we appreciated. It’s worth noting that this is one of several properties managed by a professional rental company, so while everything was efficient, the apartment does lack a bit of personal charm. The host company was highly responsive throughout our stay. However, be aware that you’ll need to complete a separate rental agreement outside of Airbnb, including uploading a copy of your passport. It’s not clear whether the price reflects the added responsibility of handling such sensitive data securely - something guests should consider carefully. Overall, we had a great stay and made lovely memories.

+ The apartment is close to metro station and has a very nice view. + it's clean and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary staff. - The building itself is a bit old though. <3 suggestion: it could've been amazing if the windows had flyscreens.

We were very pleased with the apartment, especially because of its location. However, I must say it’s considerably smaller than it appears in the photos. Be prepared for a bit of an IKEA-style setup! :)

Comfort at a good price for an enjoyable stay during your visit to Stockholm. We appreciated this spacious and well-equipped apartment. The location has excellent bus / metro connections and is a 2 minute walk to the wharf and Anna Lindhs Park. A Co-op grocery store is across the street and is open until 10:00 PM most nights. We will rebook the next time we visit Stockholm.

Clean and tidy. Nice view. A peaceful neighbourhood with green spaces. It’s a short walk to the subway, with at most a five-minute wait and about a ten-minute ride to central stations.
