The first photo on Airbnb makes the apartment look brand new, but when you arrive you can see that the apartment—especially the bathroom—really needs some maintenance. The location was great, easy to get to by public transport, and nice and quiet.

Apartment as described, good transport links, great stay

It was a really nice area—quiet and with very easy access to public transport. The home was just like in the photos, spotless and very warm, and the host was very welcoming and responded quickly to anything we needed.

Host Fredrik was very quick to reply and help whenever we messaged, which was a big help—thank you!We stayed for three nights as three Japanese women. As other reviews mention, the place feels like a perfect size for two people, but with three it felt a bit cramped. If you’re considering staying with three, it’s good to be aware of that in advance.The kitchen and the area around the sink also felt quite tight.Because the property seems to be managed via a cleaning/management company, the rules—such as check-in and check-out times—felt quite strict, and a late check-out required an extra fee. For an Airbnb it felt a little inflexible at times, which was occasionally inconvenient.Also, even though there were three of us staying for three nights, only one small and one large towel per person were provided, and we were told that extra towels would cost extra.Another thing we noticed was the cleaning. Even though it’s managed through a cleaning company, there was quite a lot of dust throughout the room, so we had to wipe things down ourselves soon after checking in.On the positive side:The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it was quiet and peaceful. It’s convenient—about a 5–10 minute walk to the station—and it was also easy to get to the main sights.There were also a couple of supermarkets within about a 10-minute walk, so shopping during our stay was easy.

Everything was great.
