Andres was a great host, and the stay here was incredible. Very easy to get to Stockholm center, old town, and all other destinations with it being a short walk to the metro. 10/10 would stay here again

Missed having a TV, and the bed could have been a bit softer… otherwise, everything was great.

The location is excellent, with supermarkets and public transport nearby. Commuting to the city center can be kept within about half an hour. Everything in the room is very easy and convenient to use. Although there was a small hiccup at check-in, Andreas responded quickly and offered a solution. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The apartment felt bigger than on the photos. I thought it is very tiny because of the small size but it was ok. Location was perfect. Much better than staying straight in the centre.

We had a great time in Stockholm. Adam's place was as described, and more spacious than the photos reflect and very comfortable. With the five of us it was "just full". The only place for sitting was in the dinning hall but there were only four chairs. This did not bother us as we are a family and are able to share the space and chairs :) I am sure Adam's team would have found a solution if you need an additional chair.We had a few issues at check in (bedding not set up for the fifth person and a cleanliness issue in the bathroom) but these were both promptly solved by Adam's team once notified by calling. They compensated us by allowing a very late check out at their base price which we very much appreciated as we had luggages. Overall, I recommend Adam's apt for the great central location, amenities and their prompt action in solving all issues. I sincerely hope my overall rating reflects this positive review. Will definitely come again if in Stockholm with a small group!

A very cosy and nice apartment, in a lovely area of Södermalm. There is everything you need, lovely decorated. Central placement and still in a calm area. A lot of small coffee shops and restaurants. I can recommend that you spend time in the area. Many nice gems and beautiful views. Also in walking distance to central Stkhl. Fredrik is a perfect host, Quick to respond. Very helpful. I can highly recommend to book a stay in Fredrik’s apartment!

Excellent place to stay. The apartment is brand new, and very closeto public transit . This made travelling to the downtown a breeze.

My dad and I enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, well-designed, and a great fit for our trip. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the space. It’s also extremely convenient location for public transit.The host was very communicative and provided plenty of information before and during our stay. Some guests may appreciate the frequent updates and messages more than others.We did experience a plumbing issue during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive, apologetic, and assured us the problem would be addressed. Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the care the host put into both the apartment and our stay.
