A lovely studio we’d happily stay in again. The nearby restaurants and the neighborhood are really enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Fredrik is quick to respond.

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Its location, while seemingly distant from the tunnelbanan is actually much closer than you’d think. Added bonus is both a COOP and ICA are along the route. Right outside your door is a great restaurant, and up the steps a wonderful cozy cafe (2 floors!). Across the pedestrian bridge exist a few cafes as well. The accommodations: super clean, and Swedish with just the right amount of space. Yes the shower size made my 190cm broad shoulders feel challenged. But it’s incredibly quiet, close to public transport so you can come back easily. Yes, it is small. But then again I didn’t come to STHLM to sit inside all day!

I’ve been traveling with Airbnb for years, and I still can’t get over how wonderfully you can relax. The apartment is absolutely fantastic! The towels and bed linen are spotlessly clean. The mattresses and pillows are amazingly comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. Shops, cafés, and the metro are all within easy walking distance. The windows in the two bedrooms face a busy street, but with the windows closed you don’t hear the noise. It’s definitely worth coming back to Stockholm—and to this particular apartment. Thank you, Andreas & Team P.S. Due solely to MY own oversight, I had some trouble accessing the apartment, but everything was explained to me again.

My stay in Stockholm was wonderful! It was a clean and relaxing space. The location was nice walking distance but not in a touristy area :) I would recommend you place and would look forward to staying again.

Lovely and spacious apartment, we only stayed for one night, but great location and super easy communication with the host, helpful instructions were provided.

We loved the location - so much right here, and one the best bakery/cafes! Easy to get downtown on a tram or walking. The apartment was SUPER charming, spacious, and comfortable with so much history - built in 1790! A 5 star review would be deserved but there were quirks that they could easily fix, but based on some other reviews in the past, not a priority for them. We love old/funky/quirks (steeps stairs, sloped floors) but these things need work:1-window in bedroom won't shut so it's noisy and cold air blows in2- door handle in same bedroom falls off3- light bulbs missing, not batteries for the electric candles4-bed mattresses/springs are pretty awful, one sloped so much into center it's hard to stay apart. Also not an issue for us, but they should at least list that floors are VERY sloped in kitchen so people expect it. The owner is super corporate w/auto messages. Turn off. In general, feels like they are doing as little as possible, cheapest stuff, but still nice overall.

A really lovely little apartment in the heart of lively Södermalm, yet it was still very quiet. What we especially liked: all the important bus lines are close by and easy to reach on foot. We’d happily stay again.

Apartment with a beautiful view over the water—sunny and bright. The small south-facing balcony was perfect for unwinding in the late afternoon after a day of exploring Stockholm. There’s a really nice little restaurant (Klover) nearby, and you can have breakfast at Fredhalls Fika.There is a motorway close by, but the windows insulate well, so you don’t really notice any noise.Communication with the host was excellent. Due to circumstances we were moved to a different apartment, but everything was discussed smoothly and handled quickly.The only small downside was that the bed was a bit on the soft side.
