The accommodation was lovely and in a great location, and communication with the host was clear and efficient. Highly recommend!

The room was nice and clean, as well as the building in general. The room was equipped with a nice functioning kitchen with comfortable furniture. The location was also exceptional in relation to the slope because it had a walkway directly next to the lift. The grocery store and trains station was located 10 minutes by foot down the hill. There was also a funicular close by.

Affordable accommodation with its own kitchen and close to the Åre lift system – you just need to master the slope up to the place. It’s quite inexpensive and offers a fresh, cosy room with a fully equipped kitchen, feeling more like a private apartment than a hotel. A lift from Åre’s system is only a few metres away, ski racks are provided at the rooms, and the view is excellent.

Great place to stay at. Just a couple of stops away from the city centre and really quiet area. The house was squeaky clean! Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back if we are ever again in Stockholm!

We would first like to express our gratitude to Andreas for his professionalism and responsiveness from our very first interaction.The studio proved to be an ideal choice for a wonderful stay in Stockholm, providing an excellent base for exploring the city.As for transport, the location is extremely convenient, with immediate access to bus, metro, and commuter train lines (just 150 meters away), as well as the airport shuttle right at the foot of the building.The studio is immaculately clean and well-organized, featuring an efficient heating system that maintained a comfortable ambient temperature even at –8 °C outside. The kitchen and bathroom are also spotless and fully equipped to ensure a very pleasant stay.We plan to return soon.

Thank you very much for this stay! No issues on site, everything is arranged to ensure you have a great stay.

The host answered all our questions very quickly. The check-in system was very convenient. Instead of looking for a key somewhere and worrying about losing it during the vacation, you can enter the apartment in seconds with your phone. The apartment is located in the heart of Stockholm. We had the opportunity to walk to all the tourist attractions. The apartment is also ideal for larger groups. The three of us friends had a comfortable stay.

Excellent location and a very nice space. Communication was prompt and the home was accurately described. Some reviews note a shower issue in one of the bathrooms. It seems this has been resolved with an updated shower that is not shown in the images. The coffee machine was a pleasant addition and I would recommend this place to anyone.

A comfortable, well-situated and cosy apartment. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay here again.
