Cozy little apartment by the quiet Tessinparken in the Gärdet area, very close to Östermalm. The elevator goes up to the 7th floor, and then there’s a staircase up to the 8th where the apartment is. Across the hall there’s a rooftop terrace shared with others in the building.The big plus is how calm and quiet it is—no traffic noise at all. The bed is 160 cm wide and very comfortable, in a room with a door to the living room, which has a sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The skylights mean there’s no overlooking from outside. One small thing to note: there aren’t any blackout blinds/curtains, so it gets bright quite early this time of year. Easy check-in, we got quick replies to our questions and it all felt very reassuring. We loved the neighborhood—slightly outside the city center, but still close to shops and public transport around Karlaplan. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The bed linens and towels were professionally laundered and spotless. Perfect for us for one night—thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Cozy apartment by the water. We stayed at Elias’ apartment for the second time now and are really happy with the interior, location and communication.

My stay was very enjoyable, location was great, very peaceful area. My only hang up was if you are going to have a no shoes policy then it’s very important to clean the floors and especially the lift. Apart from that it was very good. Thanks.

Clear instructions and quick responses to messages.Clean apartment, with a nicely equipped kitchen. Apartment was in a good location, close to Tessin Park which is great for kids and not far from a nice mall. Also very accessible from the metro.

We loved our stay. It was such a cozy house and room. Everything was clean and organized. The area is quite peaceful and the hotel is really close to public transport so it was really easy for us to get to the city center. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we need. The room was exactly as it was described, very easy to enter with the use of an app and in the center of Gamla Stan. William was a great host and answered all of our questions almost immediately!

Very spacious stylish apartment in a great building in a calm neighborhood. I had a great stay. The bedroom doesn’t have a door, which is not an issue at all, just good to mention.

Place looks even better in real life, the view is amazing and you can literally watch the sun set from the bed. Great area, lovely walking path along the water for nice strolls, some nice restaurants, bars. Comfortable double bed, big balcony, place was very clean and we enjoyed it a lot.

Great place to stay! The apartment is in a perfect location - a great starting point to explore the city, in a hip neighborhood but still very quiet. It felt cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Elias was great throughout. Would definitely come back!

In a great location in Sodermalm close to restaurants, bars and the metro. Flat was nice and clean, with everything you need for a city break. Only downside is the mattress is quite firm and the bed is small for 2 of you.Overall though, communication was good, easy to get to from central station, and is situated in a cool area.
