We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 children for 5 nights to visit family in Sundbyberg, who live within walking distance of this apartment. The metro, supermarkets, restaurants, and parks are also all within walking distance, which was perfect.It’s a simple apartment as described. The kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. The living room and bedroom are spacious, the bed is new and comfortable. The digital lock works well. Communication was very good. And the place was tidy/clean.That said, we probably wouldn’t return unless a few things are improved. There was an unpleasant smell, the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable (and didn’t match the one in the photo), and the bathroom had a bathtub (instead of a shower with a washing machine) where you couldn’t shower standing up. The renovation also felt unfinished: the bathroom is dated, some door handles were loose, there are few power outlets, there’s no coat rack, and there’s no small shelf/counter space for the coffee machine. The internet was also slow (around 10 Mbit), the lift is quite noisy, and the TV was missing (not mentioned in the description, but shown in the photos).

The stay was fantastic and the location was wonderful. The setting is truly unique and the place was beautiful. We all really enjoyed our time and would happily come back anytime.

Great location and a lovely apartment!

Well located apartment, very spacious and pleasantly furnished. Found it to be good value for money, easy to get in and out with phone key system. Only minor gripe would be nice to have a TV in the main room but overall great experience A++

Great location right by the slope/lift, and close to breakfast.

Great little apartment with a spacious bathroom. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two. Everything was automated for check-in and check-out, and they also responded quickly to questions in the Airbnb app.

Very good location, a good-sized apartment, and a smooth check-in. However, we found that some of the kitchen utensils weren’t properly clean, which may be because previous guests didn’t wash up after themselves. Otherwise, it’s a very nice apartment in Åre!

William's studio was gorgeous, well located within Södermalm, and an overall pleasure to be hosted in. I hope to stay again!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with all the essential services just a short walk away. The place was very well equipped and clean. Communication with Frederick was quick and efficient.

In good condition and nicely kept. However, it’s quite soundproofing could be better.

Very good location, the apartment is not warm enough during winter, the host respond to us very fast when we had difficulties, this makes me very comfortable. Btw the apartment is big and beautiful, and the view is nice, the check in is easy by using app in the phone so you no need to find the key.
