Great place. Easy to find, enter, and live.

Everything went well. The apartment was good for a short stay. Excellent location in Södermalm. The other bedroom is very small with no storage space for clothes. The larger bedroom has only a small chest of drawers. The communication was efficient and quick, but impersonal (also plentiful). I feel I am not writing a review for Elias. I wrote a message in Swedish for him, but get back AI translated automatic messages in my language (Finnish). There is a photo of Elias, which could well be an AI created image as well, who knows… However, like said, no problems whatsoever. This time I did not need any early check-in nor late checkout although I received plenty of marketing messages for such, of course, for an extra fee. In cases like this I have, on other occasions, experienced a flexible approach with a human touch from the counterpart.

Excellent. Everything was excellent — the only things we missed were a broom and dustpan or a vacuum cleaner. Also, we couldn’t get the TV to work even though we followed the clear instructions. Not sure if we misunderstood something or if one of the remotes is broken.

The apartment is truly lovely, especially the balcony, which has a view of the dome of Sofia Church.Everything was as it should be, and there was plenty of room for the three of us.We did, however, have some issues with the key app. When we asked for help in the chat, the key only appeared in one of our apps, and we didn’t get a reply in the chat.Aside from that, everything was excellent.Perfect location in the cozy Södermalm area.

Had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spotless, and the location is excellent. Being right near an SL stop made exploring Stockholm incredibly easy. It definitely wasn't a deal breaker, though. Overall, a great spot that I'd highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, and well connected to Stockholm. I really liked how close it was to the station, the shopping centre, and my workplace. The hostel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it was great to have access to a kitchen.

Myself and my son spent a couple of nights in Åre for spring skiing. We selected Kims place since it is a short walking distance to VM8 that is the skilift in Åre that open 08:00. Gives easy and quick access to the full skiing area.It was a perfect place for a shorter stay and everything worked very smoothly in the communication.

Accommodation in a quiet, residential area. Close to the метро and public transport. Close to cafés and restaurants. The place was almost like in the photos; there were a few stains and some dust around the apartment. It would be worth taking care of a few small repairs to fix what’s broken (e.g., the kitchen handles). Overall, we were happy with our 4-night stay.

This was by far my favourite place to stay in. Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need. I was solo travelling and felt like i had space for all things including a big vintage clothing shop. The location is amazing and saved me money on travelling as there is so much to do in Södermalm and surrounding areas! Honestly, if I visit again I hope to stay here, made my trip easy and fun and the host was very responsive and easily sent over details as well as how to use transport and how to access the apartment which was very secure and easily accessible. 100% recommend for your next stay in Stockholm!

Hello,The whole process from checkin to stay was smooth. The Airbnb had very clear instructions regarding check-in/check-out, easy to find, and fast responses.Space was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Sauna was a plus. The place comfortably hosts 6 adults. I was worried it would be a long walk to the lifts, but it's an easy 15 min walk to VM6 lift system, from where you can access the whole mountain. The walk was doable even with tired snowboarding legs.The airbnb is also a 6 min walk to the train station and grocery shops.

Apartment is clean , you can view the water from the window. In the morning, I even heard birds singing. Métro and bus stop is 5 minutes walking- easy to go to the center. Area is very calm - I like it. Shops and some restaurants are near. The price was good for this rather big flat. Bed is comfortable. Check you loaded the app before your flight which is your key. Fully recommend
