Very nice apartment, excellent location - quiet street in a green park neighbourhood. Easy access by transport to places of interest. Communication went smoothly, responsive host. The view from the window upstairs is stunning - the waterfront and the City Hall look fantastic, especially at night (which was short in the first days of July).

Very nice and clean apartment, close to a metro station, grocery shops and cafes. The host was helpful and reacted quickly answering our questions. Just a small remark: the kitchen chairs are too low compared with the breakfast bar:). For the rest - only positive feedback!

A practical, modernly furnished place where the cleaning was top-notch. I missed having a coffee table, and the terrace furniture was broken and therefore unusable. I mentioned this to Andreas, but unfortunately nothing was done about it during my stay. It’s a pity, because the terrace is really lovely despite some noise from the nearby road.

It was a very nice little studio that had everything we needed for the week. There is a grocery store, bus stop and a few fast food restaurants nearby. I really recommend this place if you are using the sport facilities in the area as it is right next to the sport complex and arena.

The apartment was largely as pictured and reasonably spacious. The king bedroom was lovely, and the glass bedroom was comfortable, though it lacked privacy as the curtain only covered half the wall.We truly appreciated the host’s responsiveness; he was very helpful when we struggled with the laundry machine, and the kitchen's Jura espresso machine was a nice touch. Our primary concern was the lack of cooling amenities. While we understood when booking that there was no AC, the absence of fans during a heatwave made the apartment stifling (reaching 82°F inside). Furthermore, the apartment directly faces a communal courtyard where neighbors could go to smoke or gather. This made opening the windows for relief uncomfortable, particularly with young children trying to sleep. Overall, the host was great, but the location and lack of fans made our stay uncomfortable during the heat wave.

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas Apartment. The apartment was bright, airy, spacious, and spotlessly clean, making it a very comfortable place to stay.The pristine, freshly ironed white bed linen and fluffy white towels gave the apartment a real hotel-quality feel and made our stay even more enjoyable.The location was excellent—just a short walk to the train stop, with only two stops to the major attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city.The only suggestions I would make are that the apartment would benefit from having a microwave and a small countertop dishwasher for added convenience. These are only minor improvements, though, and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
