Great stay in a lovely flat, had everything we needed, great views and a lovely area

We had a marvellous stay at Andreas’splace. The location was perfect— walkable to lots of restaurants / cafes, shops and local parks, but also quiet. Andreas was very responsive to my questions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Andreas’ place is spotless and very true to the description, with easy access to the city centre by public transport. The value for money is excellent. Communication was very smooth, and Andreas was quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

Very good!

Great place to stay. However, it’s a bit too bright, as the blinds don’t fully block out the light for complete darkness. The hot-water pipes can also be a bit noisy at times.

Everything we needed was provided in the apartment, including toiletries and laundry detergent, which was a really nice surprise. The metro is right next to the building, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. We traveled with a child, and the apartment already had child-safety stoppers for doors and cupboards, which we really appreciated. There was also tea and some basic spices—another thoughtful touch. Elias replied to our questions quickly and clearly. The private patio and the surrounding gated area are perfect for taking walks with children. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

It was great! Very good location, easy to find, simple for short term stays. The bathroom is not what I expected but was alright for our week stay!

We had a really lovely stay in this comfortable, very quiet, and well-heated apartment, located on the first floor of a two-storey house. It’s about a 450 m walk to the Näckrosen metro station.Please note that the main entrance is on the side and can sometimes be partially hidden by parked cars.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood, yet with plenty of options within walking distance. Easy to get around by train and bus. The only slightly negative thing is that the dining chairs are really uncomfortable to sit on. The sofa and armchair are great, so if you’re only three people, it’s not an issue. We were four.

Very fresh and nice accommodation with a very helpful host. However, I did feel it was a bit overpriced (as most things in Stockholm are).

The stay was okay overall. Decent stay for a short visit. An average stay — some things could be improved, but it was generally fine.

Great location and very easy to get to, with the metro just a 6-minute walk away. The bedrooms are spacious, and the seven of us had a really nice stay in the apartment. Communication with Fredrik was quick and smooth.As a small suggestion, it would be helpful to have a few more sets of cutlery and plates (we ended up running the dishwasher after every meal), and one or two extra chairs in the living room since the apartment is normally set up for 8 guests. Also, the bathroom is fairly basic and the shower tends to overflow, so it could use a bit of an update.Overall though, we were happy with the apartment. Thank you, Fredrik.

Nice and clean apartment. Had everything we needed. The sofa bed wasn't very comfy (the main bed was!) but other than that we had a great stay!

Nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable living space; one of the beds was a bit small and had a thin mattress. The small balcony was a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee, there was a large fridge (great), and the host communicated clearly. We did feel there were a few too many messages from the host.

We had an excellent moment in Fredrik appartement. The neighborhood is lovely and everything went well. We recommend ++

An ideal place to stay for visiting Stockholm. Located right in the heart of Södermalm, you can walk everywhere from here, in a really pleasant neighborhood (restaurants, bars, shops, and antique stores nearby).
