We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Andreas was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our stay. It was very convenient to have an option to pay for late checkout. The neighborhood was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by and close to a subway stop. Beautiful view of Gamla Stan across the water just a few minutes walk away.

The location is excellent and the place is well equipped. It’s also very spacious—great for a family trip.A couple of things to note: the floors are a bit uneven, which is also noticeable when you look at the building from a distance, possibly due to uneven settlement of the foundation. Also, with two bathrooms there was only one bottle of shampoo provided—no shower gel or conditioner—and there were no basic seasonings in the kitchen, so you may want to bring your own if you plan to cook.That said, since it’s in the old town and very convenient for nearby sights, these points were not a major issue.

Cute place with easy train access to get into town!

Very charming, clean and welcoming! Great location and a very nice little outside sitting area. We had a great stay overall but there were some issues. The bedroom is on street level right next to the street which is busy with trams and traffic. There is a lot of noise and not insignificant vibrations.The bed is two narrow beds pushed together, which of course means a gap in the middle. The bathroom floor is made up of tiny mosaic tiles that unfortunately do not stay in the floor. There was a pile of little tiles in the corner and another pile in the bathroom cupboard, and more came loose just from walking in the floor.The lock of the gate didn’t function correctly, it got jammed every time we tried to lock it and an electronic voice kept hollering about the bolt jam until we managed to wiggle it loose. The host was helpful and answered without delay.

A lovely neighbourhood , very well located. Great communication. Some disappointment in this accommodation, such as a broken blind in the bedroom on arrival, a very small blanket (sized for one person not two), lack of towels. A very uncomfortable bathroom (dark, windows inoperable, and small sink/mirror making it very difficult to used, and slightly smelly). Kitchen has some cutlery and crumbles left behind the counter that looks unaccessible to be cleaned. This habitation was cozy and welcoming but it felt very overcharged overall, and pictures are sublimating the accommodation.

Nice place in a quiet location! It’s small so best for one person or a couple.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was very convenient and only in 5 mins walking distance there were many different kind of stores and cafes at the Avicii Arena area.
