A great place in the heart of Gamla Stan! Location could not be more perfect for tourists visiting Stockholm - within walking distance to the station, ferry, Stortorget, Grand Palace, small supermarket and of course lots of cafes and restaurants. As it is a central area, there is a bit of noise in the evenings on weekends and in the mornings, there is some sort of vehicle that cleans the streets out front (a bit too loudly!) Beds were comfortable and the heating heated up the flat perfectly in the cold nights when we stayed. The shower was heavenly however the bathroom was very dimly lit with a few bulbs not working in the ceiling lights above the sink. Another small negative was that there was a lot of leftover food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer which we found a bit odd, especially as some things had gone past their expiry date. Other than that, the kitchen itself was very well stocked with every utensil/equipment that you may need. All in all, great value for money in a very central and convenient location!

Very nice studio apartment, spotlessly clean and equipped with new Ikea furniture. It looked exactly like in the photos. The heating was working perfectly, which was important because it was very cold and snowing in Stockholm when we were visiting. The area around the building was under construction and therefore not too populated. Good connection with city center (public transportation reachable within 10 mins. walk) We found it difficult to get used with the a bit complicated actions to access the building and then the apartment.All in all it was a very good experience, except that we were requested to provide our social media profiles and a short description of ourselves before the booking was accepted, which we found very weird although this was justified because of previous bad experience with some guests by the owner. Also we had to write that we read and accept the apartment rules, and we were sent the rules like 3 times in messages.

The location is really perfect! Communication with Elias was easy and friendly and I was even allowed to check in a few hours earlier. Thank you for that! Be aware that the place is smaller than it looks on the photos. I hardly found space on the floor to put my (open) suitcase. The bathroom is the tiniest I’ve seen so far, which would be ok… but the slide bar is broken, so you can’t fix the shower head. That’s really annoying and seems to be an issue that is known but ignored by the landlord.

Really cool flat to stay in Stockholm. Clean and easy to live in. Get a little bit cold sometimes but sleeping with double banket fixed this. I will surely keep this contact in my list for stockholm place to stay !

A very nice apartament

Petit appartement très sympa et bien équipé. Excentré par rapport au centre de Stockholm mais très facile d'accès via les transports qui sont relativement proches de l'appartement.Rien a redire sur la propreté de l'appartement et les équipements fournis. Si vous recherchez le calme pendant votre voyage, cet appartement saura vous l'apportez.

A really great stay in Stockholm! brand new studio with good amenities and a good sized bathroom. Check in and checkout was smooth and Elias was always quick to respond with any queries.

Frederik was very informative and replied on time. The apartment was situated in a nice area with metro and a bus station within less than 5 minutes walking. The apartment itself was, although not big, it had lots of storage everywhere. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would possibly need. Extra towels and bed linen were available as well. It was a pleasure staying there!

Fredrik’s house is lovely and a great location! The house is clean and great ammenities. There is no washing machine etc so definitely factor that into your planning. Communication was great and fredrik happily answered all questions I had.

Nice and cozy flat in comfortable area in Stockholm. All pictures correspond to the reality.Elias provided all necessary instructions precisely well. We are thankful for the hospitality and absolutely happy with the choice to stay almost a week there.

The place is very simple, but good value for the cost and very well located if you want to explore Södermalm. Don’t count on the wi-fi, it drops every few minutes.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it’s honestly in the coolest area in the city. Amazing bakeries, restaurants, bars and very close to S:t Eriksplan station for the metro. The apartment was a lot bigger than I expected from the pictures. Both floors had tons of space and it was all very clean when we arrived. I’ll be very pushed to stay anywhere else when I come back to Stockholm in March :)

Bra läge. Saknade diskmaskin, kaffekokare och brödrost. I övrigt rent och helt ok. Prisvärt.

Todo muy bien. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, limpio, la zona es tranquila y se encuentra cerca del centro y hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra experiencia en Estocolmo.

Everything was great, the loft was quite spacious while still cozy, the facilities and security was impeccable no hassle at all. The location is decent, around a 20-30min journey from the Central of stockholm. The area is very quite but easily accessible. Would definitely come again.
