the apartment was so near to almost every landmark in the city, and it was identic to the photos. we stayed there as four people each almost 175 cm tall and stayed very comfortable for four nights. we found it very clean and were very well informed by Fredrik before and during our stay. we would highly recommend this apartment.

Fräsch liten lägenhet i tott-huset. Bra läge nära backen, fräscht och skönt att ha städ och lakan inkluderat. Köket funkar perfekt för frukost och snacks men inget man lagar en stor familjemiddag på.

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment! I loved the view out of the window over the water and the lovely furniture in the flat. The kitchen is well equipped, although it's a very tiny one, you will find everything you need. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower is open, so you'll flood the whole floor but it is heated so everything dries very quick. The metro station for the lines 17/ 18/ 19, which go directly into the city center, is less than 10 minutes away. There is also a bus station very close. If you stay in this flat you must have a walk around the Island "Kungsholmen" it's very pretty as well as the rest of Stockholm. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

Bra värd som var välkomnande, gav tydliga instruktioner, svarade snabbt. Rummet var rent med välutrustat kök. Jättevacker utsikt från rummet. Kan vara lite mäktigt att ta sig upp till boendet första gången till fots med all packning (lång uppförsbacke) så mitt tips är taxi eller bergbanan till första stoppet. Supersmidigt att ta sig ut i skidbacken; finns tottliften över bron eller backen ner till vm 6:an om man promenerar 2 min (gå igenom tunnel under bergbanan).

Andra gången i vinter vi bor i en av Pontus lägenheter och det kommer vara vårt förstaval även vid kommande resor.

When I first arrived, I was a bit skeptical because it was so tiny, but let me tell you, it was bigger on the inside! The host was the most responsive person. The bed was super comfy and the kitchenette was clean and equipped with basic utensils. I enjoyed the time and will definitely come back for the third time.

Fantastic little room with Ski-in/Ski-out and walking distance from the center at an affordable price. Guest Wi-Fi not good enough for video conferencing but Netflix and YouTube worked ok.

Wow! Olof’s beautiful place was in the heart of Gamla Stan with so many restaurants, cafes, shops, and all the area attractions on your doorsteps! Olof and his property manager were so quick to respond, and kind. They even brought us an extra air up mattress and came to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The apartment itself is rich with history let’s you take in the local culture. It does have stairs for all living spaces, but if you are ok with stairs this is the perfect place to stay to see everything Stockholm has to offer!! I couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere and having a better location!

Lovely Airbnb. Small, but had everything. So close too the skiing and the city.

Všetko bolo ako v opise a na obrázkoch. Poloha dobrá, neďaleko vlakovej stanice aj metra, zastávok autobusov aj autobusu Flygbussarna z a na letisko Arlanda, Norra Stationsgattan, nie je potrebné chodiť na hlavnú stanicu a odtiaľ ďalšou dopravou. Byt čistý, mali sme všetko potrebné. Eliasa sme nestretli, komunikácia prebiehala cez airbnb, pokyny k ubytovaniu jasne zdokumentované. Byt je nový, a hoci sa v okolí buduje, my sme neboli vyrušovaní žiadnym hlukom. V byte je k dispozícii káva, čaj. Radi sa vrátime.

Jättetrevlig och välutrustad lägenhet. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen! Positiv överraskning att det verkligen var ’ski in/out’ via en bro från våning 4 ( där finns skidförrådet) till liften! Direkt ut till de backar som vi faktiskt tyckte var bland de bästa. Vi laddade vår elbil i garaget och parkerade annars på parkeringen utanför Tott. Funkade jättebra! På ca 15 min är du nere i Åre by, brant backe men det går att ta gamla bergbanan så att man undviker den brantaste delen. Jättebra kommunikation med värden och ett enkelt incheckningssystem. Lite missledande info i hissen gjorde att vi inte hittade lägenheten direkt, men annars fungerade allt perfekt! Vi åker gärna hit igen!!
