Only 5 min away from the bus stop in a very peaceful area. Once you understand how the ventilation system and bed works, you have a perfect place to rest. Don't be spooked by Olof saying there is a sound alarm, we didn't have any problem with it. Olof is very precise and answers all your questions. I recommend and would gladly go back there

Excellent location and very good service from Pontus. Big minus though that the kitchen does not have a coffee machine, microwave oven, normal oven or freezer compartment in the fridge. This was not clearly stated in the info before booking. The kitchen did not have enough soup plates for 6 persons and only a mix of glasses (for example only 3 vineglasses etc). The kitchen table had only 4 chairs (we used one of the footchairs from the sofa so we could all sit around the table together). We found this peculiar due to the fact that the apartment is said to accommodate up to 6 persons. There is two TVs in the apartment but only one TVcable so we could only use one TV at the time. There was a T-shirt and some coins in the bedsofa i.e. the cleaning had’nt been done properly. By paying attention to the kitchen and the details this would be a five star acommondation, but for now it is not.

nous avons passé 4 jours chez Élisabeth et nous sommes ravies. logement très agréable, quartier résidentiel , calme car impasse. Elias très aidant et reactif ! tout parfait!

Nice and cosy, in a great neighbourhood.

Jättefin lägenhet som passade bra för 5 personer. Extra plus för bastu, skönt efter en heldag i backen. Det var lätt ta sig till Åre station där skidbussarna gick. Kimmo är en väldigt trevlig värd som alltid svarar fort!

Amazing host, location and view. Would recommend for an amazing ski trip.

Très contents de notre séjour à Stockholm et dans cet appartement.Le logement est top, prestations de grande qualité, le quartier idéal, etc…La communication avec Olof est très facile et il est super réactif.Nous y retournons avec grand plaisir à l’occasion !Nous étions 4 personnes (2 adultes / 2 adolescents).Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !

Bra boende när matbutik och liften i Duved. Rent och fint!

Everything was top notch from the cleanliness to communication by the host. Ski in and Ski out was as described, and it was convinient to store skis within the complex. However although it is located close to the tram it was not frequent enought (every 20 mins) and the last ride is at 10pm. It is a 15min steep walk to town and it can be very demanding on snowy weather conditions. Other than that it is perfect and exactly as described, bang on value for money.

We absolutely loved the apartment, it’s also located in a beautiful part of Stockholm.

Närmare till liften än man kunnat tro. Lägenheten hade allt man behövde. Uppförsbacken från stationen och affären underlättades av bergbanan som man kunde åka utan liftkort.

Perfect place for a few nights stay! The location is really good, red metro line is short distance away. The kitchen was ok, everything necessary was found. Elias was really friendly and it was really easy to communicate with him!

The apartment is really spacious and has a very good lay-out. The neighborhood is really nice with good connections and lots of nice restaurants around. The place would be perfect if it had a little more furniture and a better equipped kitchen (a few more plates and glasses, a toaster and a microwave would have been nice). Some fixing and a little TLC would also be needed here and there, but nothing major. There is only one toilet/bathroom and it is quite small, which may be good to know if you are traveling with a larger group.During our stay, the smaller bedroom had a ventilation hatch stuck open so that the bedroom was too cold to use, which was quite unfortunate (as it was not fixed during our stay). Even with these small issues, we had a great stay.

Perfekt lägenhet när man vill åka mycket skidor och bo bra och bekvämt. Tar tio minuter att ta sig ner till fots för den långa backen till torget. Bergbanan stannar nära Tott om man inte vill gå upp och ner. Tottbacken är en röd backe för oss ovana åkare värt att notera. Då kan bergbanan från Fjällstugan rädda dig. Gemensamt låst utrymme för skidorna.

Logement idéal pour visiter Stockholm ! Un peu surprise par la petite taille de la douche/toilette même si l'annonce l'indiquait clairement. Je recommande tout de même !
