Great location - close to the city and on an island that feels like a small village. Apartment is big.

Very comfy little apartment, offers everything you need for a short-medium stay. The bed is super comfortable, and the little kitchen is equipped with anything you might need for a meal. I would this spot again only for the neighborhood. It's absolutely lovely and gives you a ton of options for food and drinks. The laundry room comes handy too of you're staying longer :)

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. A 30 min en transport du centre-ville, cet appartement est idéal pour passer quelques jours à Stockholm au calme. On y trouve également un centre commercial (Coop) à 10 min à pied.L'appartement est propre, avec petite cuisine et grande salle de bain.Attention, car préparer le lit demande un peu d'effort: il faut pousser le canapé et la table basse pour basculer le lit qui est rangé dans le mur.

Très bon logement dans un quartier résidentiel, propre et fonctionnel. Nous étions deux, peut être étroit pour 6 occupants. Quelques odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain qui s'évapore avec l'usage de la doucheJe recommande chaleureusement

Great stay! An ICA and a Coop is nearby and routes for hiking are not too far either. You‘ve got all the equip you need and a fast and clear communication is to be expected. I can definetely recommend the stay!

Un très bon séjour dans l'ensemble, bonne localisation même si un peu loin du centre car transports en commun à proximité. Olof a très bien répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous avons seulement regretté qu'il n'y ai rien pour faire le ménage dans le Airbnb. Un aspirateur ou un balais aurait été le bienvenu au moins pour nettoyer les miettes. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble et excellent rapport qualité prix.

Fredrik is a great host. He was very kind and gave us all the information we needed way before our planned stay. Finding and opening the lockbox was a bit of a hassle because there are several hidden between many parked bikes. The apartment itself is quite nice. It’s unfinished (several drilling holes and nails in the wall, paint on some parts of the floor, a tiny and old bathroom). It was clean, which is always one of the most important aspects of a stay. In general, the apartment looks better in the ad than in real life, but it wasn’t bad at all! The bedroom was too small for our liking, but again, it was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at Fredricks in Stockholm. The location was the best. You will be happy at his home if location is important and convenient to everything as well to train and airport. Thank you!!

Good sized apartment for our family of four. Beautiful views of water and city, clean, well-equipped, and located near transportation but also an easy and pretty walk to city center if weather is good. Communication was prompt and we appreciated the extra information, ex. ways to get from the airport to the apartment and approximate costs.

Our time in Stockholm was really great, especially thanks to this cosy home.Yes, the apartment is really small, but it has everything you need - the bed was comfy, there is small table for eating or for ''home office'', kitchen has all the necessities, there was hairdryer and even ironing set. The apartment is really close to the city centre (we really enjoyed the walk through the city), but the street itself is so peaceful and quiet.The shower is indeed a little bit funny (I have never seen a solution like that), but it wasn't uncomfortable or anything and didn't bother us at all. Rather, it's a cool memory now.

Die Wohnung hat eine super guter Lage in Södermalm. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und das Bett sehr bequem. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, hat das Bad keine extra Duschkabine, so dass nach dem Duschen immer alles komplett nass ist. Zudem riecht der Abfluss etwas muffig. Die Küchenausstattung ist aufs Notwendigste reduziert; ein paar tiefe Teller zum Pastaessen wären beispielsweise noch schön gewesen. Insgesamt hatte ich aber einen schönen Aufenthalt, Elias war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war super.
