Frederik’s apartment provided us a cosy base while staying in Stockholm. Checking in was easy and straight forward with codes and instructions sent through before our arrival. The apartment living area was comfortable (there is no tv which was a little confusing, the listing said there was a tv with an Apple TV but the appliances section said there wasn’t one). The bathroom is small but well equiped with shampoo and body wash. The beds are very comfortable although we had some hot days which made the nights hard to sleep without fans. Frederik mentioned he would try to find some during our stay but unfortunately not.We were unable to physically open the window in one bedroom and while the other one opened, being on the ground floor without security screens this seemed unsafe to sleep like this. The kitchen is small but well equiped for breakfasts and simple dinners if you chose to. It is an easy walk, bus ride, scooter hire or train into most parts of town and a supermarket not far to buy any supplies you find you need.

The apartment is very well located and spacious. The bus stop into central Stockholm is right outside the apartment building. The neighborhood is quiet and very accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed there with our children and grandchildren.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it is small but very cosy, exactly as advertised. The kitchen is very small and the bathroom is from another century, but clean which is most important. The location is perfect for day visits to Stockholm center, via public transport and there are a few nice Cafés in close proximity. If you are traveling with kids, the apartment will be very crowded, but there are fun activities for kids in the vaccinate. As a final comment, the communication with Elias was excellent and responsive. Thank you for a great experience.

A clean hotel-like room. Easy to commute to the city and close to restaurants and shops.

This was a nice stay during summer. Close to the town centre and a great view. Check in and out was super easy. Highly recommend. Will come back!

We had a great stay in Elias, apartment. Location is great and the apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. Our son was super happy to be able to play on the Ps3. Totally recommend.

Elegant and functional appartment next to bike park and ski resort. If your main reason to be in Åre is downhill mountainbiking or skiing, you can’t find better place! Of course services of the village are a bit further down, but it is not so big effort to reach the village even by walking.

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything. It was very charming and clean, and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider war die Mikrowelle defekt.Die Kommunikation mit Olof war freundlich und er antwortete schnell. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es in der Unterkunft Informationen zur Umgebung, öffentlicher Verkehr, Restaurants, Tipps, etc. gegeben hätte.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Parknähe und in einem belebten Viertel mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die Anreise ist durch die nahe U-Bahn-Station einfach. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We were very happy with our stay at Olof’s apartment! The apartment was beautiful and the area as well. Good communication and easy check-in/check-out 🌟 There’s a really nice street just around the corner with plenty of restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay in Åre. Pontus has a super nice apartment, clean and has everything you need for "easy cooking". We would def. rent it again. Good communication and we got all the information we needed for a easy check-in and stay. Recommended!

This is a sunny and stylish apartment in the heart of the old city. Comfortable space and a nice big kitchen to have breakfast in before a day on the town. All of the major sights and museums are within walking distance as is the ferry to the local islands. Fredrik was quick and clear with his communication and the apartment was spotlessly clean!! A real find!

Perfect location with access to bus and metro. You can walk to a few of the museums (Vasa, Skansen, and Nordiska) and other attractions. Fredrik is a good host and responds quickly.
