This apartment was clean, well-organized, and ideally located in Stockholm! We were able to walk to museums, bars and restaurants as well as many tourist sites. (Recommend “A bar called Genna” a few blocks away for excellent cocktails and bar snacks and Tossë bakery for delicious pastries & coffee.) It was an easy trip from the airport and Elias provided detailed instructions and very responsive communication. Thanks for a great stay!

감라스탄 지하철역과 가까워서 어디든지 다니기 좋고, 근처에 도보로도 걸어다닐 수 있는 관광 스팟도 많았어요! 집도 넓고 천장도 높고 필요한 용품들도 다 있어서 쾌적하게 내집처럼 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. Fredrik과 커뮤니케이션도 원활했고 제공해 준 정보들도 다 정확해서 체크인-체크아웃 다 문제없이 진행할 수 있었어요. 이정도면 가성비 최고인거 같습니다:-)

Excellent location, easy communication and very clean.

A great little apartment in the relaxed and comfortable neighborhood near Gärdet park. Tunelbana (access to the well connected Red line and a fast jaunt to Central and Old Town) to is a 5 minute walk, and the park another minute away. Nearest grocery is a short walk. Everything was smooth checking in, coming and going, and checking out. Cozy, modern, and well taken care of, nestled among other apartment buildings. The inner trees and courtyard with lots of birds made for quite pleasant afternoons and mornings etc staying-in. We were very happy enjoying Stockholm from this home base!

Our stay in Elias’ apartment in Södermalm was great — it’s very conveniently located to many nice cafés and nightlife, but just far away enough from the heart of Stockholm that you can get some rest.Elias gave my fiancée and I a great map of all the Stockholm recommendations, both food and tourist attractions, and was very quick and easy to communicate with.Great affordable stay in Stockholm, perfect for one or two people. Thanks again for having us!

We had a great time and the communication was flawless. The Apartment is like the pictures, in an lovely neighbourhood and you can easily reach all important and beautiful places in Stockholm. We would stay here again. :)

The studio is well equipped and it is convenient for public trasportation; even if it's on a big road, it is very silent when windows are closed.Extremely clean.Olof communicates in a timely and clear manner.I enjoyed very much my stay

Our stay in Elia's flat was just wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and cosy and equipped with everything you need for your time in Stockholm. Especially the kitchen equipment is remarkable and perfect for cooking.The location is great as well, Södermalm is a beautiful neighbourhood and perfectly located to get to know Stockholm. The communication with Elias was wonderful and smooth, we can totally recommend the flat and Elias as a host and would come back anytime :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in Stockholm. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great as we could walk everywhere or easily take the metro. As some have mentioned, there is a bar near the apartment, but we weren't disturbed by any noise during the late night even though it was Midsommar. Communication with Elias was very easy and he responded quickly. The use of the Parakey app to unlock the doors is very simple. Thank you Elias, we would not hesitate to stay in your apartment if we return to Stockholm.

A wonderful and comfortable apartment in an amazing location! The transport links are very convenient as its a 2 minute walk to the metro. Communication with the host was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed.

Elias is a great host, the location is very close to caffe's and restaurants. It is also nice 25-30 min walk to the old town. There are nearby parks to walk and relax and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The space was clean and comfortable, easy self check in. All the amenities necessary were provided, I just wish the wifi was functioning.. it was patchy and not reliable which made me use my data a lot faster and also I could not use the tv to watch streaming services at night to unwind. The shower is a little cramped in the limited space in the bathroom but not an issue for me. Overall it was a great stay and would enjoy staying here again if I was in the neighborhood. Thank you.

Great location

Olof's place is in a nice location - easy to get to and a nice place to stay while enjoying all that beautiful Stockholm has to offer. Note that there is no air conditioning (as is the case with many/most places in Stockholm) so if traveling during the summer consider this. Also there is no WiFi which is mentioned in the listing, but somehow I missed it. THe bed was comfortable and the living room/dining area nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a great time staying in Olof's apartment. It was very clean and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the TV has Netflix installed, the bed is super comfortable, the wifi is strong, there was free coffee in the cupboard. It is located centrally in Galma Stan, and convenient to the grocery store and bus stops. The only downsides I had was that check-in felt a bit like an escape room with the number of codes I had to enter (although good instructions were given), and that only one morning the shower was stone cold (but it seemed to fix itself for the next morning), and the flat has no windows and no A/C so it can be a little sticky in hot weather. I would definitely recommend Olof's place!

Quiet street in Old Town close to everything. You couldn't find a more central location to sights, canals, restaurants and activities. Our family of 4 were very comfortable in the apartment. Excellent kitchen and comfortable beds. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location in Stockholm, space enough for two. The check-in/check-out process was smooth, and Elias gave great instructions for arriving at the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!
