l'appartamento di Fredrik è situato nel cuore della vecchia Stoccolma, in un quartiere animato e ricco di storia. proprio sopra un comodissimo supermarket aperto fino a tardi, e circondato da bar (ottime colazioni prima di iniziare il tour della bella città!) e ristorantini molto caratteristici.è centrale rispetto ad ogni parte della città quindi ogni luogo è facilmente raggiungibile. vicino ad ogni mezzo di trasporto, fermate di metro e navi.è arredato in modo da non alterare la storicità dell'appartamento. bello cenare a lume di candela in questo ambiente storico, sembra quasi un museo.è ricco di storia, la stufa di un epoca lontana fa di queste stanze un luogo dove è facile immaginare una vecchia Stoccolma.il pavimento lasciato come una volta a travi di legno consumato rende l'appartamento caratteristico.gli affacci sulla piazza e scorcio mare lo rendono ancora più suggestivo.i letti sono comodi.la pulizia curata.dotato di ogni accessorio per cucina.non manca niente. facile parlare con questo host che ha reso il nostro arrivo facilenon lo abbiamo incontrato ma è stato preciso e puntuale nella descrizione per l'arrivo e l'accesso.risponde subito e in modo sempre cortese e risolutivo. alcune cose sono da migliorare all'interno dell'appartamento: doccia rotta, bagno al limite, sedie macchiate, tende esterne strappate, tende interne penzoloni, rubinetto cucina rotto, varie cianfrusaglie da togliere che lo rendono trascurato.sono sicura che Fredrik farà del suo appartamento un gioiello se solo sistemerà tutto.soggiorno comunque piacevole.

Fredrik's place was great and perfect for me. It is an extremely nice apartment with high ceilings and large windows and quite a lot of natural light. The location in Gamla Stan is fantastic, especially being between central Stockholm and Södermalm. Gamla Stan is also a beautiful location, and the apartment is one a wonderful street. Communication was super quick, and check in with the codes was as easy as could be. I would return in a moment, and definitely recommend Fredrick's place. The washing machine is also a great feature.

The place is beautifully located, 20’ from the Stockholm central station, via a very convenient metro connection that allows a very fast travel. The apartment is perfectly described, very neat and large enough also for a family of four (we were three). Highly suggested solution.

Great stay in the apartment which was as pictured and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped which made having breakfast at home much easier. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 small kids and the space was good for us. Might be tight if you had 4 adults with all their suitcases since the second bedroom only has room for the bed and not anything else. Location was quiet - a bit far from the main part of Ostermalm- but the 54 bus that stops right near the building really came in handy. Otherwise, it’s about a half hour walk to the main sights. Above all, we had a clean and comfortable stay and Olof was very responsive to our messages.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Easy to get in and out of, easy to get into town or walk around and enjoy great food in the neighborhood. The apartment furnishings are quite basic – don't expect a luxurious sleep or to be cooking really involved meals! But it is a nice, quiet spot and the location is worth it alone.

Nice place to stay a night in Stockholm.

Great stay Sodermalm! We stayed for about 3 nights and that was just perfect. It's a studio apartment so you don't have a lot of space for lots and lots of luggage. We had 2 big suitcases and 2 carry ons which just fit the room. The location is nice, a block or 2 and there are all the restaurants and shops. The bathroom which is mentioned is very small! Only one person can be in there at a time. We had a great time!

The two-level apartment is much larger than our expectations. It is close to an underground station, with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants on neighborhood streets. I will definitely recommend this place to stay in Stockholm.

The place was very nice and well equipped.

This apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. It is worth noting that the bed was very soft, so for some people this might be a plus, but it hurt our backs.

Studio très calme, très bien situé. Elias est très réactif à nos demandes, notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé.

Light filled unit with easy check in. Loved the balcony and white sheets and towels. The place was well located just one stop on the train from the center but in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Great place! Clean and nice. Olof is great to communicate with. Just be aware that the kitchen is very small and that there is no internet.
