The position is excellent, it is very roomy, and is clean and well appointed. I certainly would stay there again.

Clean, quiet and simple yet well maintained, just a 1-minute walk from the bus and especially a 4-minute walk to the ferry stop for the city center (the 10–15 minute boat ride is beautiful!). Beautifully renovated property and convenient self check-in with codes. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be close to the center but in a very peaceful and lovely setting.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. There are several bus stops nearby and a grocery store right under the building. The apartment is spacious with all the necessary kitchen utensils, plenty of reading lamps and a desk, and very comfortable beds. We stayed here for a week and rarely heard any construction noise – it only came up a few times after 10 a.m., and it wasn’t bothersome.

Quick and pleasant communication with the property manager in contrary to some other reviews, interesting building, kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher (except owen maybe, but that's a detail), bathroom was roomy, plugs everywhere...

Pros: The host was very responsive, the apartment was very clean and functional, exactly as pictured, with a great location by the water on a quiet street, plus there’s an elevator.Cons: The parquet flooring is a bit creaky, the sound insulation isn’t ideal (you can hear almost everything from the apartment above, including their creaky floor), and the bedding wasn’t entirely comfortable (the bed squeaks and the mattress is quite soft).

Comfortable and stylish The space was sufficient for three people. I liked that the kitchen was separate. The decoration was nice. Having individual electronic codes for all the doors was convenient. It was a good idea that they shared clear instructions for all electronic entries. It’s 1 km from the nearest metro station and approximately 2 km from the city center.

A lovely apartment hotel with a great location and excellent value! We enjoyed the central spot and plenty of space – we had two rooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms for the two of us. Very clean.

Recommend, pleasant stay This spacious apartament was pretty comfortable for a group of 4 guests. All necessary facilities were available. We requested an additional cup, which was delivered fast by the owner.

Aanvankelijk waren wij daar negatief over, maar het viel alleszins mee.
