Just one small suggestion: the TV instructions should really be available in the apartment, as they weren’t provided. I’m also used to hosts leaving some written local information in the apartment, such as where to find nearby supermarkets and restaurants.There wasn’t anything like that on site.

We had a wonderful time here.

The apartment is in a terrific location and is spacious and very clean. It is well-equipped for cooking and washing clothes. Ideal for families or groups. Accessing the apartment involves downloading an external app, registering with an external entity (Guestit) and using Bluetooth for which William sent detailed instructions. It worked most of the time - just once failing for one of our party. Fortunately the other party’s phone worked but for a single person coming in late it could have been a problem.

Great location, close to the metro and tram, with grocery shops nearby. It matched our expectations. We had a pleasant stay.

10 minute walk to Karrtorp train station and to the supermarket. Very peaceful and quiet area.

Excellent apartment in a great location, and at a fair price for Stockholm. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the metro and buses are close too—it's also nice to explore the area on foot.The only downside was the number of automated messages, and how long they were, both before arrival and during the stay. It can get confusing, and you might miss important details like the access codes.I’m also not a big fan of an electronic key via a mobile app—if your phone battery dies or the phone breaks, it becomes a hassle. It would be better to have a physical key as a backup as well.Overall though, the apartment is highly recommended. One of the best options for a stay in Stockholm.
