We had a fantastic stay in Stockholm at Olof’s apartment—quiet and very well located in the city. Olof was also very responsive, especially when it came to the mobile app used for the apartment keys. In the end, the system I was a bit worried about at first turned out to be really convenient.

What a joy to stay right in the heart of Gamla Stan! We loved hearing the sounds of the city and being able to walk to so many of the city’s attractions. Using Parakey to unlock the doors was so fabulous, what a convenience! It is important to note that Google Maps sends you to the opposite side “front” of the building and not the rear. It took us only minutes to figure that out and we were easily able to find the right door. The stairs are such an adventure, which was clear from the listing. The view from the top loft was one of our favorite things. We watched the sunset over Gamla Stan more than once. We also cooked our own breakfasts and some dinners. The kitchen was mostly fully equipped and we bought spatula to donate :)

Everything was great!

A fantastic place, really well located and easy to access, close to public transport and lots of great restaurants. Great space for 4 people, loved the balcony and the big bathroom ! I think the pictures of not do the place justice - it is much more spacious.Our only challenge was with the communication (quite slow leading up to our check-in) and we found set-up of the Guestit quite tricky as we needed to add services while we were traveling and were unable to log in without receiving SMS to our home numbers (which weren’t in use abroad). However, other than that - amazing stay, would highly recommend it and would certainly return.

A small apartment full of history and charm, with historic windows that can’t be opened and that no one has quite dared to clean in modern times :-) There isn’t a dedicated place to sit and eat inside the apartment, but there are nice places to eat right outside.

A really great place to stay! Easy check-in with a code lock—the code was sent by email. Clean and fresh. No complaints :)

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Olof was communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which we appreciated.However, there were a few significant downsides. The entire building had a constant and very strong smell of garbage throughout our stay. I contacted Olof and asked if something could be done about the unpleasant odor, but unfortunately nothing changed. The smell remained constant and was quite difficult to tolerate.Another thing worth mentioning is that there are noise sensors inside the apartment that monitor the noise level. Guests should be aware of this and be careful not to make too much noise, as there is a risk of receiving a substantial fine. I also noticed only after making the reservation that, according to the house rules, if you accidentally leave any personal belongings in the apartment, they will not be returned.Apart from these issues, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.I’m sorry to
