A whole building of prime real estate in the old town. was epic and massive

Place was very cosy and homely, located in a quite and pretty area, Pik a shop with basic needs within 2 mins walk. Fredrik was a great host and very responsible and friendly. If looking for cosy clean affordable place close to the city centre this is it. There was not TV in the apartment so if you are not looking to stay in the evening and have no plans..this should not be big of an issue.

All good ☺️ the room is small but nice. We were initially a bit surprised by the building, as it doesn’t look as attractive from the outside as we expected, but the apartment itself is really cute. Communication was partly automated, but we still received quick responses whenever we had questions! We managed fine with the small bathroom since we’d prepared ourselves by reading other reviews. The key handover went smoothly. We found that the immediate neighborhood didn’t have much to offer, but you can get anywhere you want very quickly by train. All in all, a lovely place with a truly great view!

Very compact home in an amazing area.

In the beginning i had some problems, but Olof was all time connected with me, and solved the problem really quickly. The apartment is big, light, well located, comfortable. I liked it

Everything works and matches the description, William responds to questions and messages really quickly and kindly, and the mobile key is super convenient and flexible.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need. Before moving in, we received clear instructions, which made the check-in process so much easier. The location is also very convenient, with public transport just a short walk away. I highly recommend both the apartment and the host. I’ll be happy to stay here again next time.

That was a great travel. We were very surprised by the wonderful balcony view ! The apartment is only 15 minutes far to central station. For sure, for our next trip in Stockholm, we'll book this apartment again !

Perfect apartment for a weekend in Stockholm with easy access to public transport. The host is super friendly.

This place is all about the location. Great spot in the heart of the Sodermalm neighborhood with easy access to public transport and dozens of choices for coffee, drinks, and dining easily within walking distance. Be aware that the photos of the place are very accurate. It is a small apartment, great for two medium sized adults. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is very comfortable. The bed is exactly how you see it, so if there are two people one of them is going to be pinned in against the wall. The building is secure with a digital lock on the main door, a small elevator that is large enough for 2 people and a few bags, and another digital lock on the apartment door. The building is very quiet and peaceful and even when the street below gets a little busy it is not at all noisy. Communication was great (mostly automated) between Andreas and the managment company that he uses. Note that you are required to send them personal details including a photo of your ID.

Appartement très bien situé, proche du métro à 10 mn du centre de Stockholm et du bus pour se rendre à l aéroport . Appartement cosy et propre.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view.

The apartment is very well located but somewhat lacking in charm. The basics are provided, yet the incomplete curtains might bother those who prefer complete darkness, and the very small shower room with integrated toilet really needs shelves for personal items. The rental company was quick and helpful in their communication. An extra set of towels would be appreciated so the first ones have time to dry properly. The price feels a bit steep for what’s offered.

Great location and such a lovely quiet area within scooter or metro distance of most areas of the city.
