I’ve been staying once per month at Andrea’s properties and this one has been so far the best.Laundry machine, WiFi, quick access to it.Don’t know why people has been even complaining about the bed, my daughter and were really pleased by the apartment.Definitely coming back

Great stay, a bit of construction going on early mornings, but overall was nice and clean. A bus takes you to the city right outside the flat as well

We spent a few days in Stockholm. The apartment’s location is really good; with bus and train, you can reach lovely spots within 20 minutes. The apartment looks just like in the photos. The only issue was the shower—it was a bit confusing as the entire floor gets flooded while showering, but it could be worse. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

We were there for a relatively short time, we came for the Mello festival, and basically only slept at the accommodation 2 nights. Everything was perfect for us, thank you very much Olof!

Great stay!

Everything was perfect with the accommodation, the pictures represent the size and amenities of the apartment very clearly and we felt happy with the price we paid!The only improvement would be to offer storage of luggage before and after check out! We travelled up on the night train (arriving 8am and leaving at 8pm) and we had to source luggage storage externally. There weren’t many options so to be able to store luggage pre check in and post check out would be even more perfect!Overall we are very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning to Pontus’ accommodation!!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. The kitchen was very well appointed and there is a grocery store nearby. The tram stop is close and within very easy walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to relax.

Cozy place!

The place was really very nice, clean and had all the facilities. Very comfortable and spacious. Ideal for long stays with parking facilities, washing and well equipped kitchenette. Since we didn’t have personal car, so we faced difficulty in accessing the nearest bus stop (1 close to a school) or another at the nearest ski resort (had to walk on the main road). Overall excellent stay 😀

Positive: location was perfect and the apartments in good conditionNegative: we thought we rented two similar apartments. but the pictures on the booking.com website was only from the other apartment. that one obviously matched very well the description and the pictures. but the other apartment did not match the pictures at all. in the other apartment the living room was less than half the size of the one in the pictures. and none of the bedrooms had windows in that apartment, despite the pictures were all taken from bedrooms with windows. It is very misleading to market both of the apartments we rented with only the pictures from the larger and better apartment.

Positive: Great apartment!Negative: Communication and check in procedure felt complicated, and many strange rules when staying in the apartment. Also people steal ski items in the building.
