Everything was just as described. The ski-in and ski-out access along with the availability of rope towels was a great bonus. If I have to be a bit critical, the cleaning in the designated area was a little careless.

Our stay was good, the place is in Majorna where there are a lot of activites which are easily accessible by walking.

The host was very responsive and provided excellent advice, and the accommodation is ideally located near the metro, making it easy to explore Stockholm and its surroundings using local public transport like the metro, bus, tram, and boats.There are shops nearby for grocery shopping or going out.The apartment is very quiet and offers a lovely view of a canal and its banks.We were delighted with our stay in Stockholm at Elias's.

Perfect location with direct access to the ski slope. It was very convenient with a code lock on the door and a dedicated parking spot right outside, with the possibility to charge an electric car. We enjoyed the lovely weather, and the terrace was a wonderful spot to sunbathe in the afternoon. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. What slightly lowered our rating was the impersonal communication with the host (which is a company). For example, we received clear check-in instructions, but when we asked a simple follow-up question about where to charge the electric car (it was mentioned in the advertisement that there’s a charging option nearby), we were sent links to look it up ourselves. It later turned out that the charging station was on the very parking spot assigned to the apartment—a detail that ideally the host should be fully aware of. Additionally, it felt somewhat unsettling to have to send a picture of an ID or driver’s license at the time of booking. While we understand that hosts seek assurance regarding who is booking, this process, combined with impersonal communication and occasional automated messages, did not give us the best feeling.

The flat fit my expectations and needs. It was clean, cozy and matched the description and photos.Close by the Brëdang station, which has a Hemköp store with nice vegan alternatives.Nice walk available close to the water.The 5-min shower restriction was not specifically frustrating for a single person.The kitchen was enough for some basic cooking.Less room lighting than expected, but it was not that problematic.Be aware that laundry services do not seem available around (or I did not find them).Not too far from the Stokholm center and the museums (around 40min with the metro line 13).I recommend the vegan café Mahalo (30min with the metro, Zinkensdamm stop).Thanks for having me 😊

Nice, clean and very fresh appartement with easy direct ski access to Hermelinliften and Sadelexpressen. Easy to check in and out. We surely recommend the place!

Flat is professional and clean but sadly it has no feeling of being hosted. An automatic AI answering you and sadly there was a noisy construction site in front of the house. I got an answer quickly while pointing this out but sadly no refund. I Think it is better if you would clearly indicate that due to the construction site sleeping after 7am is not possible and the price would be placed accordingly. Otherwise beautiful location in central Stockholm.

Perfect stay, good host

The apartment itself was very nice. It offers spacious and generous areas, including a comfortable bedroom, a roomy living room, and two large balconies.We did have a few minor comments, for example, a broken coat rack in the hallway (which was already damaged upon arrival) that we felt should have been fixed immediately, and a broken cupboard door on the TV unit. The wine glasses were completely missing when we arrived, though they were provided after a few emails back and forth. The glass sauna door was not very clean.Communication with the host felt a bit impersonal and somewhat automated.Please note that if you’re here for skiing, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the ski lifts. The map was a bit misleading as the apartment is located a bit further from the center than it appears.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a great time in Åre!

The flat was very clean , has everything I needed, the bed was really comfortable and the check in and out went very smooth. Ilyas is responsive and he gave clear instructions. The location is perfectly near to everything.

The room was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area, close to supermarkets, right next to the public transportation station that takes you to downtown Stockholm in just a few minutes.The accommodation was well maintained, with good heating.It was a great experience.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It matches the pictures perfectly. There is plenty of space and it is well-equipped. The apartment is spread over two floors with two good bathrooms. There are two lovely outdoor areas. There is also convenient storage for equipment. We received quick responses to our questions. The only drawback was that the process felt somewhat impersonal due to the required form, including the need to photograph and submit an ID. This approach gave the impression that the host might expect dishonesty, potential damage, parties, or uninvited guests.
