The host was very friendly and responsive. For every inquiry, we received a helpful answer immediately. We really liked the location as everything was within walking distance, and the subway was very close by. Unfortunately, the accommodation wasn’t completely faultless; the knob on the bedroom door was broken and an electrical outlet was also damaged, which posed a potential safety risk for children.

The apartment was overall fantastic – very spacious, beautifully furnished, and located in a perfect spot! The surrounding area offers many delightful restaurants and bars, and the public transport connections are excellent. Highly recommended!However, the booking process was a bit complicated. There was a lot to fill out, and I accidentally indicated only one person instead of two – unfortunately, this couldn’t be changed afterwards. This meant that I had to cancel and rebook, running the risk that the accommodation might no longer be available in the meantime.On site, there were a few minor issues: the sofa had white stains, some of the kitchenware wasn’t completely clean, and although a gas stove was provided, there was no lighter available – which meant the stove couldn’t be used properly.In summary: a wonderful apartment with a fantastic location, albeit with some minor areas for improvement regarding cleanliness and the booking process. Nonetheless, I would still warmly recommend this accommodation!

The building is located in a very calm district, outside of the normal city hustle. The trip was fast via the city train. The room was cosy, and had everything you need during a quick trip. Contact with the host was very good, he was very helpful with any questions. Would recommend

The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and supplied with everything we needed.

Comfortable apartment located very close to the metro and extremely convenient. We encountered a small hiccup as the apartment was initially set up for just one guest, but the following day we found everything we needed for both of us. There were many instructions and forms to fill out, but the host was responsive and friendly.

I came for the weekend with 2 friends. Very good communication with Olof, I highly recommend this apartment.

The upside: can't beat the location with easy access to the metro and great walkability to restaurants and points of interest in this lovely flat. The Parakey app is easy to use and we never had any problems accessing the building or the flat, and quite enjoyed the quirky elevator. The shower is great. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. The downside: had some issues with a few things in the flat upon arrival, and communication went through multiple people which confused the issues, but it did get straightened out in the end. If you are a light sleeper, although you can't hear noise from other flats (at least we couldn't while there for a week), you *can* hear street noise quite clearly even with windows closed. Thought the pre-arrival rules and regulations were excessive in our experience with Airbnb and they carried a threatening nature if you didn't comply with the departure cleaning, which left a bad taste to an otherwise great experience.

Great accommodation for us with 4 adults and 2 children. It offers a beautiful view and is conveniently located near the subway. There are fun playgrounds nearby.

The flat was clean, modern, and sunny - just like the profile, no complaints there. But the communication from the company managing it? Honestly baffling. Full of stern warnings not to even ask for things I never intended to request, and threats of fines for breaking oddly specific rules no other Airbnb host seems to have. Apparently someone once asked for a third roll of toilet paper, and now I have to sign a contract promising to buy my own. Putting used linens in the wrong place? That’s a 200 SEK offense. These are just examples, but you get the idea. The irony? They don’t follow their own rules. We arrived to dirty dishes, and some of the promised basics - like the bottle of shampoo, trash bags, and those legendary two rolls of toilet paper were missing. The kitchen pans didn’t work with the induction stove. I normally wouldn’t nitpick, but if I’m to spend my holidays being threatened about oddly specific rules and fines, the host should follow them to the letter too.

We had a very pleasant stay in this fully equipped apartment, ideal even for a stay with a baby—a detail we truly appreciated. Its location is excellent, being close to everything. However, we were somewhat disturbed by some unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, which might be something to consider. Finally, the management is handled by a professional service, meaning that you will need to use their website to retrieve certain information and send your identification documents. Despite this, it remains a good option.
