Well-appointed apartment, great location, and close to the ski lift. Unfortunately, there was noise from a private party, but we resolved it through close communication with the host.

Personally, I think it is worth the price paid.Positive: It’s convenient – there is a bus stop with line 76 right in front of the building, so you can easily catch the bus into the old town. The room is good enough for a family of 4–6 people; if you have more, I recommend booking two rooms. The beds are comfortable and worth the cost. The owner provides good advice and is a skilled cook.Negative: The bathroom does not have a heating device, but there is warm water. If it’s not too cold, it isn’t an issue.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and Highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience! 😊🏡👍🏻

I felt that the information provided for check-in and check-out was somewhat overwhelming, with several opportunities to pay extra for various add-ons (x, y, or z) which came across as a bit disappointing. The mattress, duvets, and pillows did not feel particularly fresh, although the bed linens were clean. I also appreciated that Kim responded promptly every time I reached out.

The accommodation is close to a metro station and a grocery store. It is clean and true to the photos. However, please note that the apartment isn’t very well soundproofed; if people speak loudly in the corridor or slam their doors at night, you might be able to hear them.

Incredibly good and beautiful apartment. It looks just like in the pictures. I would have appreciated a TV, but everything was great nonetheless. The Tvärbanan stop is right outside, and the subway is within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommended.

The room is very spacious and comfortablePositive: The room is extremely large and very comfortable. It’s a bit far from the subway station, but the bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Self check-in.

Nice place to stay for the weekend or couple of days. Clean and spacious. Great localisation, near the city center, metro stations restaurants and other places worth visiting. Responsive and friendly host.

Decent apartment with basic necessities. Bathroom had a smell every time and i think that the shower drain needs to be opened & cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay and comfortable. Would appreciate if Olof can add a TV to his rooms in the future :)Thanks and look forward to future stays!

Great Airbnb, comfy, but also haunted. At 22:00, the alarm on the second floor went off. Maybe it was a technical issue, or maybe the previous resident just wanted to let us know she was still around. Thankfully, the hosts and neighbors were quick to help, so we didn’t have to handle the ghost situation alone.Speaking of which, I had nightmares two nights in a row about a woman who definitely lived there before. She didn’t say anything, just stood there staring, like she was judging my life choices. 10/10 stay, but bring a spirit board just in case.

The apartment is great, but my overall impression was marred during the last two days of my stay when the radiator broke and the temperature in the apartment was only +10 degrees for two days. As soon as I noticed the problem, I contacted the landlord around 6 p.m., but it wasn’t resolved that same day, which made the nights very cold. The next day, I was informed that a technician would come to fix the radiator. I mentioned that I wouldn’t be home, but I was fine with the technician coming without me. When I returned in the evening, the temperature was still +10 degrees. I was told that the technician couldn’t enter the apartment because I hadn’t left any keys. This was despite the fact that I had informed them of my absence and no one mentioned anything about the keys; moreover, I believe it is the landlord’s responsibility to have spare keys and to arrange access for the technician. I was disappointed that my problem was ignored for two days without a resolution. It is difficult to live in a room at such a low temperature, and it appeared that the landlord was not very concerned.

Convenient location near Gardet metro, 4 stops away from Stockholm Old Town. Recommended.
