Buen sitio, zona tranquila con estacionamiento a escasos metros y fácil de llegar. El apartamento por lo general bien, buena calefacción.

Nice flat, close to the metro, in a living area with a lot of restaurants, bar, shops...

I have mixed feelings about Fredrik’s apartment.The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, albeit less vibrant than others. The apartment itself is also good. It’s modern and clean, with amenities like an induction stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. That said, it’s also minimally furnished to the point of being austere. I was comfortable, but if you’re looking for cozy, this isn’t it.My main frustration was with the host; I regularly felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed. A fee for early check-in. A fee for late check-out. When I arrived, there was only one pillowcase and one towel. When I requested another of each, I was asked to pay $20. In the host’s defense, the listing did specify this in the fine print (which I didn’t see). Still, it felt oddly miserly: not what I’d expect for the price of luxury hotel. If you’re comfortable with caveat emptor, this apartment may suit nicely. But if you prefer to avoid headaches, you may be happier with a hotel.

We had a wonderful time in Södermalm. The location truly is unbeatable and if you’re into running, there’s plenty of beautiful routes to take. There’s a bus stop a couple of minutes from the building which made commuting very easy. A coop right across the street. The apartment was clean, very quiet and had good quality water pressure and quality bed linen. My only comment would be that the check-in process was a bit long but once you get used to the codes, (we’d memorised them by day two) the rest of the stay was a breeze! Olof was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Overall I would stay here again without hesitation!

Bra boende, nära till skidbacken och även till bergbanan som man kan åka ned med till byn. Skulle rekommendera detta om man var här på en kort vistelse, men inte längre än en vecka.

Great place to stay with the lifts right outside. There's literally a bridge connecting the building to the slopes. There's a few things to keep in mind about this property though. Since there's a lot of foolish young people without attention spans staying here, who can't read the instructions saying that you should not leave the bathroom door open when showering, there might be a fire alarm or two breaking out at an inconvenient hour during your stay.These same people might also be playing loud music late at night and ignore your knocks on the door. But they did finally quiet down when I called the number in the elevator for complaints. A security guard came swiftly and knocked even harder on their door.If you get lucky and are able to avoid these people, this is still a great no-frills place to stay. A pro-tip is to use the funicular (Å33) and the shortcut slope 101 to get back to the property. Avoid getting stuck in the village and having to do the arduous trek back up.

Отличная квартира для отдыха семьёй или компанией из четырёх человек. В квартире есть всё необходимое для жизни. Местоположение отличное, в шаговой доступности супермаркеты, метро, рестораны. Рядом с квартирой есть городская парковка, там можно оставить автомобиль не дорого. Немного не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но это было указано в объявлении.

Our stay was were pleasant, the check in and check out were really easy and the area is one of the most beautiful ones in Stockholm.

Apartment is big and very clean. Big fridge. Good working Miele oven and dish washer. Great shower !Most importantly, superb view from the hall with big windows. A bit of walking on 18% gradient from town to apartment . Great exercise though 😛Pontus is super efficient. Extremely responsive and check in on us often ensuring our stay was enjoyable .
