Smidigt boende när vi var uppe en långhelg för vandring. Nära till leder, men också bara 10 min till byn för mat och restauranger. Missade dock infon om att det fanns sopsortering smidigt i huset (i källarplan).Vi var två personer som distansjobbade. För några dagar fungerade det bra, men en fick sitta i sängen och stänga till skjutdörren när den andre hade digitala möten i vardagsrummet.

Apartament ampli. Dues coses que m'hagués agradat que fossin millor: està en un tercer pis sense ascensor i per la nostra edat costa una mica. No te televisió. Tota la resta molt bé. Desplaçament al centre d'Estocolm doncs bastant bé. Has d'agafar un bus (una parada) al centre de Alvsjö (si necessiteu comprar queviures aneu al super Coop del centre) i pendeltag (rodalies) 3 estacions i us deixa a T-Centralen o Stockholm City.

Wonderful stay in a trendy neighborhood! Everything was close by and the apartment was exactly as listed. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern.Die Lage ist hervorragend, um von dort aus etwas zu unternehmen. Eine U-Bahn/Bus-Station ist in der Nähe. Außerdem grenzt unmittelbar an die Wohnung eine Straße mit diversen Restaurants an.Wir hätten uns als Verbesserung lediglich eine Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Flur gewünscht, da Teile von uns dort geschlafen haben und den Raum nicht "zu machen" konnten.

Loved our stay at Olafs place! So easy to get around Stockholm from here and PLENTY to do for a couple staying the week.Bed was super comfy, temp was just right. Nice to have TV to watch a Netflix show before bed:-) (You need your own account and a little moxy to figure out the TV situation tho.) My next stove with be induction! Overall WAY positive about Olafs Place!! Will mention 2 things to be aware of to help my fellow bnb'ers:1) IF you are sensitive to smells, this is a multi-hundred year old home below grade. There is often the faint smell of sewer gas (very common in this type of place) that does NOT extend beyond the bathroom. I think Olaf has put in an exhaust to keep the odor down. We were fine with it but I saw others took issue with it in their reviews.2) You can often hear heavy foot movement and chairs above the apartment. I am sensitive to that (dont' know why??) so I got a little annoyed and nicknamed our upstair neighbor "Helga with the heavy steps. :-) LOL

Conveniently located, within a short walk and single train ride from the city centre.Kitchen was rather sparsely equipped. Overall, apartment was minimalist in furnishing.
