Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein paar schöne Tage.Es ist alles noch sehr neu, modern gestaltet und eingerichtet und wirkt gut gepflegt. Für mich persönlich auch ein architektonische Besonderheit.Man ist nicht mitten in Zentrum, hat dafür aber einen super Ausblick auf die Stadt und ist in 15 Minuten im Zentrum.Von dort aus, kann man super mit der Fähre oder dem Bus zu Ausflügen starten.Es ist alles klar geregelt und kommuniziert, was Informationen zur Unterkunft angeht wie Zugänge zum Gebäude, ToDos bei Abreise und Hausregeln.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, vor allem auch die Küche. Es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte, was auch unser Gepäck etwas erleichtert hat.Ein Schrank der Küche ist gleichzeitig ein Kleiderschrank.Wir würden bei einem nächsten Trip sehr gerne wieder kommen.

The apartment had everything I needed and Elias was very friendly to explain all the steps about to get into the apartment, restaurant recommendations, how to access the washing machine etc. The place was clean, tidy, and a nice view. Also, it was quiet and safe neighborhood.The only thing I wish to improve were the bed sheets because they weren’t as they appeared in the photos. Otherwise, great stay

Realybėje butas atrodo kukliau. Kaip ir iš ankstesnių svečių atsiliepimų, taip ir dabar galiu teigti, jog reikalingas vonios čiaupo remontas. Taip pat trūksta vonios užuolaidos, virtuvėje nėra mikro bangų krosnelės. Tai dalykai kurie erzino, bet visumoje viešnagė praėjo sklandžiai.

Great location and all tourist attractions easily accessible by walking, train or ferry. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything you needed. The host gave clear directions. Just be aware that it is on the 3rd floor of a walk up, so heavy luggage could be an issue on the circular stairway.

Le séjour s'est globalement très bien passé. Un logement accueilant, confortable, propre et très bien situé à Stockholm. Nous avons toutefois eu des problèmes à l'arrivée, nous avions 4 codes d'accès à différentes portes, sur 5 . Manquait seulement la porte principale.Malgré un propriétaire qui mise un peu trop sur le bénéfice financier (annonce d'un détecteur de bruit après le paiement, demande de frais supplémentaires pour partir 1 heure plus tard du logement...), la communication était claire et rapide. Dommage, on perd le concept chaleureux initial de Airbnb.

Top Lage, allerdings ging die Heizung im Schlafzimmer nicht. Bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur ist das sehr schwierig. Das Badezimmer wäre auch Sanierungsbedürftig. Einige Sachen hätten zudem vorher angemerkt werden sollen. Ein Lautstärke-Messgerät hängt im Flur. Das wurde alles erst nach Bezahlung mitgeteilt und man fühlt sich etwas überwacht und misstraut.

Ce fut grand plaisir séjourner dans l'appartement d'Elias, très propre, wifi excellent, armoire impeccable pour plusieurs vêtements, douche spacieuse et propre. Pour un séjour d'une semaine, c'était plus que parfait 👌🏾

The location of the apartment was great - it took us only 10mins by public transport to reach the city center. The neighbourhood was quiet and very pretty, a supermarket was just around the corner. We were a friend group of 5 and the space of the apartment was just fine. All in all, the apartment is a nice place to stay for good money.

Superbra lägenhet med smidig in och utcheckningen! Med närheten till Åre by så var detta en perfekt lägenhet för oss.

A great location and a nice spacious 2 bed with everything we needed. Was absolutely brilliant having a full sized cot for our baby to sleep in. A well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa for relaxing in the evenings! Thanks Elias

Lejlighed er ulidelig kold, og varmesystem fungerer ikke eller i hvert fald ikke tilstrækkeligt. Der er ikke nogen spejle i lejligheden udover et mindre et inde på badeværelset, en bortset fra det var det en fin bolig og kan godt anbefales
