We had a wonderful stay at Elias's place. The unit is thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is fantastic, and the corner unit offers plenty of natural light and a nice sense of privacy. The laundry downstairs was an added bonus. Elias was an excellent host — friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return on a future visit.

A great location just minutes from the Kristineberg station with bikes, scooters, and grocery store adjacent to the station. The home is light and airy with plenty of room, summer sunlight, views of the water, and quick walk to Fredhällsklipporna for a morning swim. The space feels more like a hotel with bare essentials compared to the quirky charm of a lived-in Airbnb. Some notable callouts that are persistent based on other reviews, the WiFi work, but very weak or none existing if you’re seating on the balcony (a booster would help), smaller bedroom is missing half a blockout curtain, the sliding door to the larger bedroom needs to be aligned and oiled, and the shower could benefit from a deep cleaning.

Good location almost within Electrolux HQ so smart appliances. Metro and small supermarket very close. Nearest buildings tend to be offices but close to waterside bars and swimming.

Elias was great and always available to us if we had any questions or concerns. Place was clean and location was very central to the places we had/wanted to go. Bathroom was quite small and cramped but otherwise all other amenities were fine.
