super nice apartments and very easy to hit the slopes (4th floor by elevator and you are there)Negative: Think it is a shame that these very very nice apartments wasnt equipped for ski equipment (there were plenty of room for it). It will rather quickly show on the wear and tear of especially hallways but also apartments that i.e. corners on walls arent protected as well as wallpaper. More kitchen equipment would be nice as well.

The room was really nice and clean. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view!The kitchen had everything that was listed, but be aware that it is really only equipped with necessities (the pots were quite small and there was no strainer and limited salt for example).Else the location was great! The city was well reachable with bus & train (or ship, which is part of the public transport system as well). At the same time you are not far by bus from Hellasgården which is in the middle of beautiful nature.Definitely would return here in the future!

So the place is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Also a great location. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is a bunch if small issues that added up:1) check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am and it seems set up this way just so they can surcharge you. Most hotels are check-in at 2-3pm and check out by 11am-Noon, so I had to pay more to get in/out at a better time b/c it’s set up that way2) There was loud and intense construction EVERY morning starting at 7-8am and it woke me up3) And finally, the shower should have a door or curtain because water gets everywhere in the bathroom and floor gets flooded with water since the drain in shower drains slow-If those are not issues for you, it’s a good place and host was responsive

The stay was very pleasant. The house was very nice. There are just two things that could be improved. The room temperature was very cold, and they should provide the option to increase the temperature for guests who are not used to the cold. We missed having a TV to watch a movie together or something similar.Thank youDavid

It met expectations. There were plenty of instructions given in advance, but there was a bit of hassle with downloading the app etc. to get the key.

A very small and cozy place which is great for a short stay. Location is good and close to main public transport and shops.

The studio is really lovely and has everything you need for a few nights’ stay. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit too cold to live in during this season. The heating provided is not quite sufficient, which prevented us from fully enjoying our visit. Although we had extra warm clothing, we still felt cold throughout our stay. It would be beneficial to add more radiators if the apartment is to be rented out during the winter.

Clean and tidy apartment with all necessary amenities. It's a bit of a walk to the ski lift, but otherwise it's in a good location in a quiet and peaceful area. A slight mislabeling on the map in the check-in document caused some confusion about the exact location. Other than that, the instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, very good!

The apartment is very clean and tidy.The host was concerned that we might feel cold at night (early February), but in reality the apartment is always warm and comfortable.It is very easy to come and go, and the area is very convenient, full of useful services, and just a 2-minute walk from the metro entrance. I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The property was spotless and offered great wifi. Check instructions were easy. The apartment was only a short walk to the metro to get into the centre and very easy to navigate. There was also a lake a short walk away. I would highly recommend.

Lovely studio flat in a very vibrant part of Södermalm. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everthing you would need during your stay. The electronic entry is easy once you get it the first time. Overall it's a very cozy space in a wonderful city.
