Tidy, warm and spacious flat. Good kitchen for light cooking and coffee. Comfortable beds with clean linens. Spotless bathroom, some soaps provided. Lovely neighbourhood with great metro access to other parts of the city as well as all Sodermalm has to offer locally.

We spent a wonderful week in Olof’s apartment, matches perfectly with the photos. Location is perfect to visit Stockholm and enjoy the night with wonderful restaurants !

Beautiful, small lodging right in the heart of Södermalm. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by subway. The area offers many lovely restaurants and cafés as well as small shops that invite you to browse. We lacked nothing and everything went smoothly. We were particularly impressed by the old elevator with its sliding door. The bathroom is a bit small, but it still worked perfectly :) All in all, it is highly recommended!

This is an ideal apartment for 2/3 people. 4 people are a bit too tight. Super cool with ski in ski out right to a lift. It was a bit challenging to cook at home, but it worked out, and there were pans and pots available for cooking. Super nice apartment for the price.

Everything was super nice

Olof was extremely kind and responded promptly when we encountered issues with the neighbors' noise level. The noise sensitivity is noted in the description. Overall, the accommodation was excellent; the only minor drawback was that the bathroom had some dried spots on the plastic mat and a slightly stale odor.

The apartment is clean and beautifully furnished, with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare breakfast or any other meal. It has a fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is also within walking distance to the city center. The host was helpful, and communication was excellent – always ready to assist with any questions. Highly recommended!

So cozy in every way! It was nice to be able to take the boat directly to Nybrokajen.Positive: Everything. Clean, new, and a fantastic view.Negative: Nothing. Everything was great!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute drive from most places.The apartment was cozy and clean.There were a few minor issues that were a bit frustrating, such as the absence of hooks and a toilet paper holder. The worn parquet floor tends to creak when you walk on it, and there were not enough towels provided.

Coming from Finland 🇫🇮 following a major back surgery I’m absolutely in a shock how completely comfortable our host Olof Was he literally guided us all the way from Finland to our apartment in Stockholm and he answered every single question happily and with no delay he was always clear and sharp and we get to ask even questions that has nothing to do with our stay things like restaurants and laundry and etc HONESTLY it can’t get better then this I highly recommend Olof and the place to anyone and this will always be our favourite place to stay in Sweden 🇸🇪🤍 thank you Olof from me and my lovely wife Jenni 💛
