Lovely small apartment with a great view.Before our arrival, we received detailed information on how best to reach the apartment, how the check-in process works (including pictures), and what needs to be done before check-out. Elias was always very friendly and is almost always reachable by message.The apartment is easily accessible from the city center by public transport, and there is a small supermarket at the bus stop, which is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself is more than adequate for 2 people. Many essential items are provided. For those who enjoy cooking in the accommodation, please note that only salt and pepper are available, and no oil is provided. The neighborhood is quiet, although the building can be somewhat noisy.The view from the balcony was our personal highlight of the apartment.Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it is a great choice for a short trip to Stockholm!

Very good flat in good location

Just good and nothing unusual. Possibly a bit too much automated communication/messages for my taste, but on the other hand, there's no downside to being overly clear.

Olof was truly responsive, and his accommodation exactly matches the description provided and is very clean. The neighborhood is peaceful, and there’s a supermarket right outside, making it incredibly convenient to shop without any hassle! The easy access to public transportation also greatly enhances the stay. I highly recommend it!

Good accommodation

The location is impeccable, close to the metro and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and very pleasant. A microwave would have been a plus, and access to the building would have been easier with a key or a code rather than a phone app.

The house was spectacular and had every possible amenity. Clean, well located, and with a touch that made us feel right at home.

Beautiful, peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, nicely furnished, well-equipped apartment. The neighborhood has everything you need, and it is very easy to get to the city (faster than what Google indicates). It was pleasant to set off from here and to return here during the five days.

Overall a nice accomodation, we just didn’t expect it to not have a reception or any other staff that we could talk to if we had any problems. What we liked the most were the activity rooms in the basement that were a lot of fun!

A wonderful accommodation with a truly fantastic view over Åre by, Åresjön, and many of the fine slopes!! The accommodation had all the amenities you could imagine, and the ski in and ski out location was unbeatable!This was definitely a place I can return to and warmly recommend!

Very nicely decorated accommodation in the living room, with a beautiful view, very easy to access thanks to the metro just a 10-minute walk away. The arrival instructions were very clear and everything went smoothly with the codes, lockbox, and keys. The accommodation does have a view of the highway, but it wasn’t noisy at all indoors—only on the balcony outside—and all that’s missing now is a renovated kitchen and bathroom. Everything else was very, very good!

Easy to access and well connected (bus and boat less than 500 m away). Splendid view of the river and Stockholm. Highly responsive host for all inquiries. Clean and functional accommodation.

The three of us stayed here for four nights. The transportation was convenient, and it was easy to get anywhere. The host was friendly and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Location was great, price point is excellent, but unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.All and all very happy.

great stay with everything we needed

Unfortunately, all the plates and kitchen utensils were dirty, with many items left behind by previous guests, and there were even chips left on the sofa. However, the location was excellent with ski-in ski-out access and the overall experience was pleasant aside from these minor issues.
