We spent 4 nights in this accommodation and it was great and very convenient! The underfloor heating provides excellent comfort and it’s wonderful to be able to adjust the light intensity.

Excellent stay in the apartment. It is well-equipped and ideally located. Just a small note: Contrary to what was communicated to me by message at the time of booking, the laundry room is not inside the apartment but in the building's basement. Moreover, a clothes drying rack in the apartment would be very practical.

Great location and a nice accommodation, though a bit modest in several respects. The TV didn’t work all week; there was only a screen available for you to connect your own devices. There was no outdoor thermometer. It would be nice to have a few extra cushions for the rather uncomfortable sofa. Although the advertisement mentioned that coffee was included, it was missing. A coffee maker was also absent from the kitchen. Parking was very expensive at 135 SEK per day. The beds, however, were exceptionally comfortable. Overall, a pleasant place to stay with an excellent location within walking distance of the city center.

Based on the pictures in the advertisement, there was a balcony available from the apartment, which turned out not to be the case. Two days before our stay, we were informed that a decibel alarm had been installed to prevent parties and similar events. While we understand the reasoning behind this measure, the late notice was a drawback for us as it made us more cautious about making any noise during our visit.

Very pleasant stay, worth booking

LovelyPositive: Beautiful view of the water and a very nice apartmentNegative: The kitchen did not have stove plates, the kettle was quite small, the TV wasn’t connected, and the shower couldn’t be fixed in its bracket due to a missing screw. These minor issues added up and made us feel that there was room for improvement, especially considering the fine quality of the hotel.

We stayed for four days and the experience was great, everything just as it appeared in the photos. Without a doubt, we would do it again. We look forward to returning next year!

The apartment was fantastic! New and freshThe lock system feels a bit insecure; I believe it would be beneficial to provide clearer information. The email arrived without links, and it isn’t clear when or if it is confirmed in the app. Additionally, reading that some guests had to sleep in their cars because they couldn’t get in comes off as somewhat concerning.

Very convenient accommodation for 5 people, the layout was cleverly designed and provided ample space. We highly recommend having Kim as your host if you want to be satisfied and happy!

It was a very nice stay in a beautiful apartment. However, it would’ve been nice to know that in all 3 apartments next to us, there was construction going on so it was really noisy with all the drilling going on. For the rest, we really enjoyed our stay and location was okay.

Fresh and comfortable with a captivating view!Positive: The accommodation was new and fresh, the beds were super comfortable, and the sea view was truly captivating! Additionally, it was easy and pleasant to get to the city center by boat, via an elevator from a building near Saltsjökvarn towards the Elite Hotel, just after the bus stop.Negative: We missed having a mirror in the hallway. A full-length mirror in the hall would have raised our rating to 10!

Charming apartment, in which I highlight its "vintage" character, with very interesting and original details such as the beautiful windows, the building's entrance door, and the elevator. With a fabulous view of the water!!! A little far from the city center, but nothing that cannot be managed. The walk is very easy and safe. Excellent communication with the host! Without a doubt, I will return 😊
