Great, spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. Good beds and well-equipped bathrooms. Large sofa and big dining table with a well-equipped kitchen. The key system with the app is so-so, but it works in the end! Perfect for a group or family looking for a quiet stay. Avoid if your plan is to party and play loud music, as there are many strict rules here.

Lovely apartment close to city center and bus stops.

I had a very nice two week work & combined holiday here. Very cozy and light apartment, quiet building and neighbourhood but plenty of great restaurants and cafe’s just around the corner! I was warned before hand that the apartment could be a bit cooler due to winter, but as a Finn it was fine and there’s an additional radiator to plug in for e.g. the bedroom for more toasty temperatures. A hairdryer was also a nice surprise. Wifi is not very strong so not suitable for video calls but works well otherwise. All in all can recommend for a shorter or longer stay in Stockholm! 😊

Lovely and modern apartment. Perfect location. A walkway on the 4th floor leads directly to the ski lift and the slopes. The apartment was also clean and tidy. Pontius was very responsive and always helpful.We give it a 4 out of 5 because we unfortunately received two parking tickets in the building's parking basement, even though we had booked a spot. It is not Pontius's fault, but it did detract from the overall experience.

Very nice hut in walking distance to everything - slopes, supermarket, rental shop. Kitchen, dining and living room bigger than expected. Great balcony with view. Kitchen with everything you need. Easy check in and out. Very helpful host that was quick to reply any question we had. We stayed one adult and two teenagers. Could easily fit one more adult. The bunkbed rooms are small so be prepared for that if you are booking for more people. Would definitely recommend the place, also as the ski area where the hut is located is great and was not crowded (week 7).

The intimacy of the place, the ambiance and charm, and the comfort of the bed. It is a little outside the center but there is a bus right next to it that takes you there in a maximum of 15 minutes. We once walked from Södermalm and it took us 35 pleasant minutes in the snow. And the bus rides cost less than one euro. Highly recommended with this very original view of the stones.

Beautiful apartment. We felt absolutely great there and didn't want to leave. The apartment was clean. There is free parking in front of the apartment. It's a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive from Stockholm. We will definitely return on our next business trip. 🙃

Good location

Great for a short stay!

Cozy place, suits the need to spend the night at peace, however, the walls are made out of air, you can listen to anything the next-door people do so either grab a glass and go against the wall or watch some Mumbo Jumbo redstone tutorial till you're asleep. People can see from outside so if you like to have privacy and open curtains then this place ain't for you. Silverware needed a refresh because they smelled like they have been sitting for way too long in the dishwasher, and if you plan to use the iron presser, clean it up in the bathroom because it was rusty as hell, messed up my shirt. Nice thing was that you can get bus 55 in matters of seconds or bus 53 just a few minutes down the road and be on Stockholm Central, so +1 for quick public transport access.Worth the value and the experience, I'd probably go here again if I'll do a budget travel again.

We had a nice stay at this studio, would recommend for anyone that wishes to enjoy the mountains. Really accessible for skiing!

We stayed at this place for two night for a ski weekend in Åre and this is the perfect Place for any Short or Long Trip to Åre and the beautiful Surroundings. Really responsive host and super clean apartment with all you need and really cozy! Recommend!

Very easy check in. Very large and clean flat with a beautiful view, perfecting for visiting Stockholm. It has everything you need. We had no issues at all and I would definitely recommend.
