Great location within walking distance to most places. There are many apartments in the complex. The apartment was nice, but I think it might be a bit cramped for 6 people. It lacks a dishwasher and a stove. Otherwise, it was clean and tidy. Plus, towels and bed linen were included.

The place in general was great, we didn’t have any problems like lack of space or anything like that. Everything was really clean when we arrived too.However, we had some difficulties trying to make our food as we missed more kitchen utensils like bigger pots or pans.

A super stay in an excellent location. Everything is there to make you feel at home and it's spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Olof's property for a stay in Stockholm because of its value for money and its location close to the metro and bus.

The stay was very pleasant, and the bathroom is small but charming just as shown in the photos.The check-in process was very straightforward, and although the kitchen is quite small, it works perfectly for someone cooking alone, even if it might feel a bit cramped for two.The area impresses with its second-hand shops, the small and large cafés, and other shopping opportunities.The location is truly excellent, allowing you to quickly reach other areas of Stockholm.

Such a place for such a price is an absolute steal! Yes, it is quite far from the centre, but the communication is spotless - either 3min walk to a ferry or 1min walk to a bus stop, both of them taking to the city centre. The location itself is in a peaceful area - couldn't hear any noises from the outside except the busses passing even though the windows are facing the road. If anyone has ever complained about the 200SEK fee for not leaving the dirty towels and bedding on the floor, that shouldn't be of any concern if you simply follow the rules. You would also understand why the quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am - at one point we heard someone singing which was okay because it was outside of the quiet time, but it would have felt different if it was when we were trying to sleep. There's definitely enough space for 4 people as there are two double beds. In other words, amazing and would definitely come back here if I went again to Stockholm!

Beautiful flat! Very well decorated and comfortable. Clean and super convenient in a really nice area with a very professional host. Loved it!

The stay was great, the apartment is very cozy and located near a public transport stop. The host leaves no doubt about the space. It has a smart TV, which I thought was great.

Me and my family had a lovely week in Åre. The property and facilities were spotlessly clean and in a lovely location (although I didn't manage to find a way to ski back to the door). Ann-Christin was very quick to reply to any questions and was always friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were nice and dark and at a perfect temperature. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.
