We stayed for 8 days, and they flew by so quickly. Fantastic location, a lovely sea view from the window, and comfortable facilities for a truly enjoyable stay. Everything matched 100% what was described on the website.I’ll definitely choose this place again the next time I plan a trip to Stockholm.Thank you, Andreas — wishing you continued success and all the best!

Excellent location for getting to the ski lifts and the town centre. Connections are great: from the hotel lift on the 4th floor to the ski lift it’s about 100 metres. From the slopes you can choose three options—either ski back on the red or blue runs right to the hotel lift (0 metres), or take the funicular up/down, which means about a 200 m walk. It’s also easy to get to the centre and shops by funicular; on foot it’s around 10–15 minutes. The hotel has no reception staff; doors are opened via an app, including the main entrance. The nicer view is towards the lake rather than the mountain. In mountain-facing rooms you can hear cars. Traffic only goes as far as the hotel and isn’t heavy, but taxis waiting and cars being loaded/unloaded can be audible if you open the window. The room, shower and kitchenette are fully equipped. There’s a microwave, but no oven. Skis are stored in the corridor in holders by the room. There’s a smell in the corridor, probably from shoes left there (they’re generally meant to be kept in the room). It’s not very pleasant, but the convenience makes up for it. No odours were noticeable inside the rooms.

Everything was very comfortable and easy! I’d choose it again if the bed were a bit more comfortable. But for 3–4 days, it worked really well.

The place was great. Very clean, nice location and comfortable. The doors were very complicated to open but Elias was very responsive to help. My only complaint was the cancellation policy was misleading. The cancellation time was local to Sweden but said 4pm which seemed to indicate it was US time. The stay was lovely but read the fine print.
