Jättebra läge för enkel ski-in/out, lägenheten nära hissen och skidförvaring utanför dörren. Fin utsikt över Åre och bergen. Liten spis med två plattor så inte idealiskt för större sällskap som vill laga mat.

espaço muito central. apartamento com as comodidades mínimas exigíveis. algum barulho devido a porta de serviço do bar ao lado dar para o pátio onde está o apartamento. Embora essas condições tenham saído descritas penso que se houver algum cuidado dos trabalhadores do bar o ruído poderá ser diminuído...basta fechar as portas não atirar com elas e com os barris de cerveja, sobretudo quando sabem que estão hóspedes em casa pois vê.se pela luz interior. Em todo o caso apartamento muito bem situado e uma boa relação qualidade preço.

We stayed there for one night. You can explore entire Gamla Stan very easily. We were able to check in 4-5 hours early, which was great. You can find great restaurants nearby. We had some issues and the hosts took prompt action to resolve the issue. We are happy and highly recommended!

Lovely appartement in the center of the old town. Beautiful features inside and out and a spacious apartment with comfortable beds.Do be aware that access is via two flights of spiral stone stairs. May be an issues for travelers with limited mobility, for us it just added to the charm.

Pontus var en mkt bra värd. Lägenheten var fin och med mkt bra läge till skidbacke samt byn. Dock luktade det avlopp i badrummet och unket från kylskåp vid ankomst vilket vi inte kunde åtgärda.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, wodurch sie eher ruhig gelegen ist. Gleichzeitig ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, einer Tram-Station 400 Meter weiter und einem Anleger für die Fähre, der innerhalb von knapp 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm.

Very nice apartment and great location. The host Fredrik was very responsive. Only thing is that the bed could have been more comfortable. Overall very easy and nice stay.

Great value, good location, very clean and comfortable! Very helpful host, always answers quickly! Toilet and shower are together which is quite odd and hard to see in the pictures.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft! Viel Platz, ausreichend Stauraum und eine großartige Lage in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station – alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und weitestgehend unkompliziert. Ein paar Verbesserungspunkte: Ein Fernseher wäre schön, ist aber auch kein Muss. In der Küche fehlte es an Geschirr und generell an Ausstattung, und kleine Lichtquellen wie Nachttischlampen haben wir auch vermisst, ansonsten war alles super! Gerade das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis hat uns überzeugt.

Elias était toujours réactif et aimable. Il a également été proactif en nous indiquant les moyens de transport à notre disposition pour rejoindre l'appartement.L'appartement était conforme à la description, effectivement la salle de bain et la cuisine sont petites mais fonctionnelles.Tout était très propre et bien rangé.Nous avons même eu accès à une machine à laver.Je recommande l'hôte ainsi que l'appartement.
