Very good place, calm and close (5min) to metro

As posted, the apt. is efficiently designed and quite a new facility. It's location is superb if you consider peaceful, quiet neighborhood, and access to both ferry, tram and supermarket. During my 7 nights stay, there were no noise for both inside and outside although my windows is faced toward huge tram garage. Only one minor problem is quality of cleaning of dishes and some machines. I will definitely comeback.

the apartment is in a nice area of the city. It's very convenient to the Metro station which was great. Two bedrooms - one has a double bed and a stool, but thats literally all. The other has a bigger bed and a hanging rail and a 4 peg rail so there was a lack of storage. The beds vey very comfortable and clean. The showeroom is very small- Im not sure if that's standard for Stockholm or not. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice drip coffee machine. Olaf's communication was very good and the apartment was easy to locate and enter.

Den første leiligheten vi fikk var ikke rengjort etter forrige besøk. da vi ga beskjed til Olof om dette, svarte han oss veldig raskt og ordnet en annen, nyvasket leiligheten til oss. den andre leiligheten var stor, fin og ren, og både barna og vi trivdes godt i denne leiligheten. fin beliggenhet med kort vei til matbutikk, restauranter, park og buss.

Plod’s place is great and totally worth the money!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt.

Nytt och fräscht, allt som behövs finns på en begränsad yta (hade vart bra att kunna lägga resväskan på en bänk eller dyligt, nu fick den ligga på golvet) Kudden var väldigt liten, hade inte skadat om det fanns fler.

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, ein Spielplatz und Restaurants sind direkt in der Straße, zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit und ein Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Wer mit Kindern reist, sollte unbedingt das Buch „Im Land der Dämmerung“ lesen als Vorbereitung, gerade weil es auch im Karlbergsvägen spielt. Es ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung in einem Nichtraucher Haus, alles ist ruhig, sauber. Der Blick über die Dächer von Stockholm ist toll, man fühlt sich am Karlsson vom Dach erinnert. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber das ist auch in der Beschreibung so erwähnt und von daher vollkommen fair. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ottimo posto, camera pulita e calda, molto vicino alla stazione tram. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

在这住了好多天首先说下优点：地理位置非常好，机场大巴直达，走走路就到了，并且离地铁站很近，十分钟左右的路程。周边有很多吃饭和喝咖啡的店，便利店超市也多，很方便。并且周边环境非常好。公寓内跟照片上一样，很好看。缺点是 因为是老房子，所以地板比较脆弱，走路会发出特别吵的声音。也能听到来自楼上的脚步声。床垫太软了，两个人睡的话别想睡好，睡眠浅的话旁边有动静的话会醒。枕头很小也很软，睡起来不舒适。总之床上用品我不喜欢，建筑有睡眠困难的人需要慎重考虑。浴室没有挂衣服的钩子，洗澡不方便。另外也许当地习俗问题，对垃圾分类有要求，没配垃圾桶。这点我可以理解，但是作为一个接待全世界各地的民宿，我认为它需要一些便利设施，而不是只是光看起来好看的房子。

Nice apartment and a great location/neighbourhood. Olof was extremely good at communicating promptly.

Such a great time at Elias’s listing from prior to arriving the communication was very good and Elias was very responsive when needed, very accommodating, had to pay for an earlier check in as we arrived early but the price was not too much.Aside from that everything was smooth and seamless ! Great host and will definitely recommend.

Leiligheten fremsto som meget ren da vi kom dit. Senger var klargjort, og kjøkkenet var klart for matlaging. Coop-butikken er rett over gata, og har gode åpningstider. På kjøkkenet var det nesten ingen basisvarer - kun te, instant coffee, salt og oppvaskmiddel, så det hadde vært fint om noe mer som kunder naturligvis setter igjen kunne være igjen der. Flott at det var dopapir på badet, i alle fall.Ungdommene savnet en TV, men det sto jo ikke noe i beskrivelsen om at det skulle være noen der.Buss nr 76 som har holdeplass 20 meter fra leiligheten går uten bytte til Stockholm sentrum.Vi var veldig fornøyde med den korte svartiden på henvendelsene våre.Totalt sett et meget fornøyelig opphold i en romslig og ren leilighet.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area, full of options to have a coffee and to eat. You can easily reach it with the suburban train from the airport and with the subway. It is great for large groups (we were 6 people). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to spend our time in Stockholm.

Positive: Super rapport qualité prix ! Proche commerce, bien desservie, rapidement dans le centre ville. Check-in entièrement autonome mais très facile pour autant. Literie très confortable.Negative: Quelques équipements supplémentaires auraient été un plus (cafetière, bouilloire…)

Very cosy and nice apartment. I felt like at home :)

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat alles gehalten was sie versprochen hat. Man merkt leider etwas, dass sie kommerziell vermietet wird und hier niemand privat wohnt, was wir etwas schade fanden, weil das für uns auch den Charme von airBnB ausmacht, aber die Wohnung war dafür extrem sauber und genau so eingerichtet wie man es für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Im ganzen Haus scheinen vor allem derartige Wohnungen zu sein, weil wir eigentlich nur anderen touristischen Gruppen begegnet sind und durch das automatische Check in sind wir Olof nie begegnet, wodurch kein Austausch zustande kommt in dem man auf natürliche Art nach Tipps in der Gegend oder so fragen würde, aber es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert (Check in und Check out problemlos). Insgesamt hat es also eher unbelebt und steril gewirkt, war aber sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Wenn man danach sucht wird man hier auf Södermalm (meiner Meinung nach auch die schönste Wohngegend Stockholms) definitiv glücklich.

Andrea´s place is a great neighbourhood to stay in when in Stockholm. Very close groceries and shops, and a quick walk to the subway station that takes you anywhere. Highlight to the sunset and quietness.
