A modern and clean apartment with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It has a very well equipped kitchen and is warm and cosy.There's easy access to the slopes (ski out) where you can join up to either Bjornen or Are.Bjornen has small supermarket and a few restaurants. A large supermarket and excellent restaurant choices can be found in Are, a short drive away.

Good location, clean and cozy!

Everything was great. Fast and friendly communication. Nice, clean and functional apartment. Easy check-in/out. Just a short walk or 2 min drive to the slopes. Perfect for 5-6 persons.

We had a long stay here and it really felt like a home away from home. The flat is very stylish and everything has been thought about very carefully so you really have everything you need. We loved staying here, it was super comfortable and the location is incredible.

Vi hade en toppenvecka i denna lägenhet med magnifik utsikt över Åre. Det gick bra att hitta parkering bredvid huset och betala via Aimo park. Det var helt perfekt boende för vår familj på fyra och vi njöt av skidåkning och bekvämt beläget boende. Jättebra att kunna åka skidor rakt in från Tott-backen.

Johannes is a great host with excellent communication.The appartment has an amazing view of the Åre village. Smoot ”ski in/ski out”. The location is on a hill side but Åre village is accessible via a 10 min walk. To avoid the effort up hill the Bergbanan train can be used, there is a station 150 m from the appartment, your Ski pass works as ticket./Andreas
