Perfect stay in one of the best districts of Stockholm! Olof is super friendly and super easy to communicate with.

We had a pleasant 5 day stay in the apartment. Great location since Tunnelbana station Gärdet is very close by. The apartment was clean and up to good standard. It was however perhaps a little smaller than I anticipated.All in all, I recommend staying there and all communication with the host was smooth and fast.

Very nice l place to stay, everything is clean and looks good. Good parking, good location.However during my stay I found black hairs on all bedlinens (looks like bad washing). I had no time to coordinate with Olof and await replacement and I was too tired so I let it be as is. Olof is fast responding, giving clear instructions.Instructions from the host included taking off bedlinen and stuff, cleaning dishes and throwing garbage so it make sense to use this flat if your salary is lower than a salary of a house cleaner and you would like to save some money by doning that things by yourself.As for me I'd prefer a bit higher price but if the professional clearer does those basic things for me. I'm sure I can spend my time in a more entertaining way.Host also asks links to your social networks (why?).

Nous avons trouvé un appartement remarquablement propre. Mais, alors que la température extérieure était particulièrement glaciale (entre -15 et 0°), 2 radiateurs sur 5 n'ont jamais fonctionné, ce que nous n'avons pas compris. Certes il nous a été recommandé d'utiliser le radiateur d'appoint. Nous avons quand même regretté que les radiateurs du couloir et celui de la salle bains n'aient pas été en mesure de nous procurer une chaleur correcte sinon confortable. Petit détail : la batterie de cuisine est un peu sommaire.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Unbeatable location - very central in the heart of charming Gamla Stan - and a very spacious, comfortable, cozy apartment. Hope to visit again soon!
