Perfect experience!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Stockholm, es ist aber in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß eine Tram-Haltestelle zu erreichen, mit welcher man in 20 Minuten in der Stockholmer Innenstadt ist. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und wunderschöne, typisch schwedische Wohngebiete. Das Apartment war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die Kommunikation mit Olof funktioniert ohne Probleme.

I was here a few nights for a business trip and it does what it’s suppose to :) small clean apartment that has all the amenities. It is a one floor below ground but since I was just there to sleep, I didn’t mind.

Cozy apartment close to delicious bakeries, spacious apartment for hanging out, and good kitchen. Cold during winter (above just using warm socks), the host informed about this but was still colder than expected. Some electricity outlets looked bit dangerous and were in need for repair.

Positive: Proximity to the sea and easy travel for working in the area

I highly recommend Andreas’ Airbnb in Stockholm! The location was easy to find, just a 20-minute pleasant walk to the city center and a few minutes from the nearest store. The neighborhood has a stunning vibe, and the proximity to the sea is simply breathtaking. Check-in was seamless, and Andreas was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in an excellent location in a nice building. The space is as pictured, well presented and clean. The only drawbacks were the shower, which is mentioned in the listing but definitely something to be aware of when booking. It’s a proper ‘Stockholm’ shower- the bathroom is a small wet room with shower over the toilet. And as it’s an old building there was very little sound proofing so you can hear everyone coming and going in the hallway and the neighbours through the wall. But still a great base for exploring the city! Overall a good experience.

Nice and cozy place. Worth the money, parking is a major plus. Quiet area, and easy to get around.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig, sauber, ausreichend Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Bestückung der Küche, perfekte Kaffeemaschine, TV auch mit Pay-TV-Sender für deutsche Basketball-Bundesliga, Achtung: sehr scharfe Küchenmesser, Wohnung zu dritt klasse, ggf. auch zu viert, zu fünft eher knapp. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit gehabt, kommen gerne wieder!

It was a great stay.

Overall it was a very good experience. Olof was very helpful from the start and was always available to help and give information. The neighborhood was very quiet, it felt very safe (even at night) and was very close to the river. The apartment was very well decorated, had all the necessary utensils, was very warm and comfortable. It is very easy to walk to the center of the city from the apartment, it has a coop (supermarket) right outside the apartment and very good restaurants nearby as well. Without a doubt it was a good choice for our stay and I will be very happy to come back on another time. Very good price-quality.Thank you for all the hospitality.

The apartment is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm, meaning a 45 min walk or use of public transport but this didn’t bother us. Check in was straight forward but multiple steps that could’ve been confusing if you don’t use the pictures sent from Elias. The Parakey app to get into the building was very modern and efficient. Apartment was lovely, quite small but as pictured. The bed had a few missing screws and the sideboard was so low that if we’d rolled over we would’ve fallen out of the bed (which was problematic considering the height). Therefore, we decided to sleep on the sofa bed. Overall, a lovely stay!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay and exceeded expectations! It was clean, cosy and really spacious (photos don't do this justice). Location couldn't have been better...being in the heart of Gamla Stan everything is walkable and on the doorstep, however there is easy access to the rest of Stockholm via the Metro (2 min walk away). William was a great host who always communicated clearly, he also kindly facilitated an early check in/late check out for us. I would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone!

The place was incredible! Super practical due to its central location and it meant our group of 10 could spend some quality time together. With the large amount of stairs we all became very fit by the end our stay!Please note that there is only 1 bathroom for the entire house. We really had to schedule our shower times to be on time to our events. We already struggled with 10 people, let alone 18... Also the lighting in the house is very low and dim, although it brought a nice atmosphere you couldn't really see much at times. The kitchen is rather small, but the dining room space was excellent for 'family style' meals.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend.

William's apartment is right in the old town and as such the location is wonderful. We had views of Riddarholmen Church right out of the window. Beautiful! The apartment is very nicely furnished, the beds are very comfortable and we were lovely and warm in minus temperatures in December. The lounge is very comfortable with large squishy sofas, nice to sit around with a book. A few improvements could make this apartment perfect: the kitchen is sparsely appointed with very few utensils ( no kettle - though you can use the coffee machine for hot water we preferred to use a pan on the stove; no toaster, no bottle opener - we ended up pushing the cork into our bottle of red to access it). Both toilet flush mechanisms get stuck, constantly flushing, so it's necessary to manipulate them to try to get them to stop. Both showers flood the entire bathroom floor when used. Towels are threadbare and small. We would stay here again but ensure we brought our bottle opener next time.

Very nice and cozy place in Stokholm’s oldtown. In the flat you will find everything you need. Superb location.

Communication was so good with the hosts! And check was very easy ☺️ the apartment was in the best location - heart of the town and very quiet. Warm and cosy. Very comfy beds too!
