It is located in a great part of the old city, near public transportation, great shopping, and many restaurants. The accommodation has the charm of an old building and was fairly clean and comfortable. The host responded quickly to questions and requests. I wouldn’t recommend this space to people who have trouble using stairs or have any mobility limitations, since each room is on a different floor. The bedrooms are spacious and lovely, although they didn’t look quite as beautiful as the photos. For example, it was missing the beautiful curtains in the dining room and the kitchen was not as well organized. That being said, is truly a charming, unique and historic accommodation in an amazing location that can readily host a large group.

Great stay in Åre. The apartment had a well stocked clean kitchen and was exactly as described. Amazing ski in ski out location and about a 10-15 minute walk from the town.

My girlfriend and I spent four very nice and cozy days at this accommodation. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The check-in and entering the apartment with the mobile key were super straightforward and worked perfectly. There were two minor drawbacks: the room temperature was a bit cool but could be easily adjusted thanks to the electric heaters provided. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong. Overall, though, we felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Good location with ski in/out and short walking distance to Åre By

Very nice accommodation, just like in the photos. Smooth check-in and check-out, and easy access to and from the slopes as well as the village.

The house is exactly how it is described. The sauna was great after a day of skiing. The photos of the parking and lock box assured that I parked correctly and got into the house easily. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed to cook at home. The only draw back was in the actual construction of the house; the thermostat is located by the master bedroom, not in the main living space. We stayed during a cold snap (-25) As a result, the main room was consistently chilly as there were no curtains to keep in the heat. However, as long as we had a fire going, the room was cozy.
