Fikk det vi forventet. Grei beliggenhet. Rolig og fint område. Leiligheten inneholdt alt vi trengte. Mye støy om morgenen da de bygger i blokken. Vi ankom 1t for sent, da var det en som holdte på å vaske leiligheten så vi måtte vente. Litt rar lukt da vi ankom.

The apartment was a short walk to public transportation. It is in a quiet neighbourhood which was nice after aday of sightseeing. All the rooms werea good size, especially for the 6 of us.

Vi nød opholdet og Elias var en super god vært. Der var alt vi havde brug for, og beliggenheden var super (gåafstand til indkøb, mad og byen). Vi kan klart anbefale Elias som vært:)

Les photos de l’appartement sont très flatteuses. En réalité, l’appartement et le mobilier sont assez vieux. Il n’y a pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain, mais juste un lavabo dans les toilettes, ce qui n’est pas très agréable pour se brosser les dents.Nous avons demandé à laisser nos bagages quelques heures dans l’appartement après notre départ, ce service était facturé 600 SEK.

A lovely small place for a couple to explore Stockholm. Great places for coffee and food, shopping and transport. The bathroom is tricky how small it is, but nothing bad in a challenge to take a bath. The keys are bit bigger for the self-checkin lock, use a bit more force and all comes in place. Private and quiet place to refresh after a day in the city.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sehr gut gelegen und gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert.

Až na lehce zdlouhavý proces rezervace ubytování bylo vše v naprostém pořádku. Mohu jedině doporučit.

Alles wie beschrieben, Zugang war Problemlos, Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.Positive: Sehr gute Lage - Metro in Gehdistanz (10 Min) zu Fuss erreichbar. Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge perfekt gelegen. Das Quartier ist ruhig gelegen, COOP ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar, Fussgängerzone am Wasser ebenfalsl in 2 Minuten erreichbar.Negative: Es gibt nichts zu erwähnen. Dass zur Zeit neben dem Haus eine Baustelle ist, war bekannt. Ist jedoch kein Problem, wenn man während dem Tag unterwegs ist.

Positive: Very nice and clean place. You have everything you need. It’s really close to tram station and few minutes to Stockholm subway. If I ever visit again Stockholm I would choose this apartment again.

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos, I liked it very much. The common areas are beautiful and the terrace in summer must be a super experience.

Byt je malý, ale dostačuje. Třetí patro bez výtahu nám nedělalo problém, ale pro někoho může být komplikace. Do centra Stockholmu se dostanete za 30-40 minut veřejnou dopravou, která jezdí dostatečně často. Je potřeba počítat s cca 15 euro na osobu za celodenní jízdenku. Byt je pohodlný a pobyt byl příjemný. Jenom tam opravdu silně vrzají dveře (pro vás již nemusí být aktuální). Jedna věc mi ale opravdu hodně vadila, a to "vyhrožování" hostitele v každé zprávě, že za jakýkoliv nepořádek (nesvlečené povlečení, neumyté nádobí atd.) budou vystaveny další poplatky. Když si hostitel rovnou účtuje poplatek 62 euro za celkový úklid, přijde mi nevkusné vyhrožovat dalšími poplatky, když třeba nedám použité ručníky z koupelny do chodby. Nikdy jsem nikde nenechal žádný nepořádek a uklízím po sobě i v hotelu. I přesto byl pro mě velmi nepříjemný zážitek styl komunikace, jaký hostitel používá. Chladné, neosobní a vyhrožující. Je vidět, že to má jen jako byznys a nectí původní myšlenku Air BnB.

The accommodation was just as described. Nice and clean. Good accessibility to the city center. I would stay again, 100 % recommend.
