Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer schönen Gegend :)

The apartment is in a lovely, quiet area but still super convenient with easy access to both the bus and subway. Access control and check in was efficient and easy to use. The apartment is stylish and the kitchen is fully equipped.If you are looking for a calm home base when travelling to Stockholm then this is the place for you.

Smještaj u prizemlju ali je jako miran kvart. Apartman adekvatno namješten, sve kako stoji i u oglasu. Također udaljenost od stanice metro do apartmana 10 min lagane šetnje okružena restoranima i kafićima. Lokacija izvrsna. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila brza i precizna tako da nije bilo problema tijekom dolaska a ni tijekom boravka. Preporučio bih svima koji traži uredan i opremljen apartman na dobroj lokaciji. Nadam se da će biti još prilika za ponovni posjet.

Easy access to the centrum, a lot of great restaurants nearby and many shops/grocery stores. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The beds are nice, but if you are not accustomed to soft beds, maybe take this into consideration. Overall, it was a pleasant and nice stay. I would rate it as 5/5.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist gross und gemütlich. Man findet zudem alles, was man braucht. Auch war der Austausch mit dem Gastgeber sehr hilfreich. Ich kann die Wohnung vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Value for money in StockholmPositive: Loved everything about our stay. Fantastic value for money accommodation in Stockholm. The apartment was clean, well equipped and all the furniture was new and almost exclusively IKEA, loved the commitment to Swedish branding, well played! Once we understood the door lock, and codes for entry, found it great that we didn't have to take care of a key/card. Excellent location in Södermalm with beautiful walks. Highly recommend a visit to Herman's vegan restaurant for the food and view which is within easy walking distance. Check in and check out was so easy. The wifi connection was perfect and we were both able to work comfortably from the apartment, including hosting zoom calls.Negative: I was initially confused about the booking process and worried that it might not be legit when I needed to communicate with another company after booking, however the person I began communicating with reassured me and everything was easy and made sense after that. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. It was difficult to locate the QR code/password for wifi access.

Bus stop 1min walk awayNegative: The shower was not separate, it was just a shower curtain and drain. The building is a complex of similar apartments, and the walls are very thin, so it could get slightly loud. The bed was uncomfortable.

This was my second time staying here and I would prefer this over any other place in Stockholm.

This is a very charming and perfectly located apartment, in the old town, close to restaurants, public transport, … Well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and easy check in. Communication was very efficient. Would recommend it!

Our stay was really really good. Andreas was always responsive and helpful, the apartment was clean, functional and easy to access, it's well connected via tram, bus and ferry (so recommended to use!!) to the city centre and has a few supermarkets at walking distance. Really couldn't ask a lot more from the place and for the price. Very recommended. And again, take the ferry, it's beautiful, peaceful and a few minutes away!

El apartamento está bien, tuvimos un problema con el WiFi, y Olof estuvo atento y lo resolvió rápidamente. Además, está bien decorado y en el baño hay champú y gel de ducha. La cocina está bien equipada pero estaría bien incluir algunos condimentos básicos como sal, pimienta, azúcar y aceite porque para solamente unos días de viaje no es rentable comprarlos. Es una pena también que no hay una sábana bajera para el sofá cama. Creo que el precio es un poco caro por la zona en la que se encuentra el apartamento ya que está a unos 20’ del centro y obliga a comprar un abono de transporte público.

Nous avons dans l’ensemble apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement, mais quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés Les + :- hôte accueillant - emplacement calme - proximité du métro, du ferry et d’une supérette - grand placard pour les affaires - très bien équipé - instructions clairesLes - :- salle de bain minuscule, mais après une première douche on s’y fait rapidement ☺️- de l’air passe sous la fenêtre - après une grosse journée de pluie, nous avons voulu allumer le chauffage pour sécher les vêtements mais ce dernier n’a jamais chauffé 🙁- la télé ne trouvait aucune chaîne, mais il y a un accès à YouTube et aux applis de streaming (il faut se connecter avec ses propres ID)- le lit est un peu petit pour être à l’aise à 2 Pour un petit séjour de quelques nuits, le rapport qualité prix est à mon sens bon!
