Very cosy and nice apartment. I felt like at home :)

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat alles gehalten was sie versprochen hat. Man merkt leider etwas, dass sie kommerziell vermietet wird und hier niemand privat wohnt, was wir etwas schade fanden, weil das für uns auch den Charme von airBnB ausmacht, aber die Wohnung war dafür extrem sauber und genau so eingerichtet wie man es für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Im ganzen Haus scheinen vor allem derartige Wohnungen zu sein, weil wir eigentlich nur anderen touristischen Gruppen begegnet sind und durch das automatische Check in sind wir Olof nie begegnet, wodurch kein Austausch zustande kommt in dem man auf natürliche Art nach Tipps in der Gegend oder so fragen würde, aber es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert (Check in und Check out problemlos). Insgesamt hat es also eher unbelebt und steril gewirkt, war aber sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Wenn man danach sucht wird man hier auf Södermalm (meiner Meinung nach auch die schönste Wohngegend Stockholms) definitiv glücklich.

Andrea´s place is a great neighbourhood to stay in when in Stockholm. Very close groceries and shops, and a quick walk to the subway station that takes you anywhere. Highlight to the sunset and quietness.

This apartment is located in a great location, restaurants, shops and public transportation very nearby. The apartment was very clean!I can greatly recommend this accommodation

It is an apartment on a beautiful location!! Olof is an amazing host, always responsive and ready to help if possible. Appartment is clean and tidy, also very warm. Olof left us clean bed linen and towels and gave us precise instructions about everything. The thing that was a bit unusual is the improvised wall deviding us from the neighbours and the lack od proper shower cabin, but it is not that big of a deal if you are staying just for a few days.We enjoyed it here and we recommend Olaf’s place for everyone who is comming to explore Stockholm.

Great place to stay. Everything was beautifully clean, easy to get to, good transport links and a lovely neighbourhood with a shop across the road for essentials which made things very convenient. Straight 10/10 for this one!

It was a pretty nice Airbnb, the only thing that kind of bothered me was all the penalties one gets with the exact price. I do understand that in some cases it is necessary, but seeing that we didn’t feel welcome. The whole building was a bit scary, but everything else was ideal.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, die Küche haben wir nie benutzt, das Bad ist sehr klein und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig im WC zu duchen. Alles in allem aber sehr praktisch und gute Lage nahe der U-Bahn mit guten Verbindungen in die Stadt. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Alles tip top.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Umgebung und ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Olof war schnell und unkompliziert.Zwei kleine Minuspunkte:- wir waren zu 4. in der Unterkunft. Dementsprechend nutzten wir die Schlafcouch. Diese ist für zwei erwachsene Personen doch etwas klein (ca. 120cm breit). - das Wasser im Bad fließt leider nach dem Duschen überhaupt nicht ab.Ich kann die Wohnung dennoch sehr weiterempfehlen :)

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Any questions or concerns where answered relatively quickly and Andreas was very clear with the instructions. Overall i would recommend this place to a friend or a family member

Great place , perfect for a family stay , easy to reach by public transport and taxi from city center, even we went to archipelago and the taxi was good price, very clean , morning view is astonishing, maybe good to have Smart TV , but not very important as you will be astonished by Stockholm, this place makes u feel as if u are not a tourist but living in Stockholm. Thank you 🙏🏻 there was a hairdryer, shampoo , tea , coffee. All necessary things 🫶🏻thank you

Top, weiter zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

We had a great time at Elias place. It was clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with basics for cooking like salt, oil, and sugar. Would definitly recomend (unless you are a very tall person ;) )

Der Aufenthalt bei Olof war sehr angenehm. Alles hat super geklappt, Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden und alles war sehr sauber.
