Leiligheten var fin, ren og ryddig. Fint område. Vi tok pendeltog fra Älvsjø stasjon som lå i 10 min gangavstand fra leiligheten. Vi handlet mat på Coop som lå rett ved stasjonen. Bilen parkerte vi gratis i en sidegate. Dessverre fikk jeg en parkeringsbot, da jeg parkerte 7 m fra krysset. Reglene i Norge er 5 meter, men i Sverige er det 10 meter. Vi kunne ønsket oss en mikrobølgeovn, et helfigurspeil (i gangen eller på et soverom) og litt mer kjøkkenutstyr. Vi koste oss i leiligheten, og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Bratpfannen könnten mal ersetzt werden. Dadurch das das Haus schon älter ist, ist die Isolation nicht gut. Bei den eher frischen Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir dann einen Pullover in der Wohnung übergezogen. :-)Der Blick auf das Wasser ist wirklich toll und war für uns mit ausschlaggebend für die Wahl dieser Wohnung.Merci Andreas

Nice and cozy apartment, very clean and close to public transportation. We had a great stay!

We stayed for three nights to explore Stockholm with our two kids. A quiet and nice neighbourhood, just a short bus or tube ride from the city centre (or a nice 20-25 min walk). Bright and practical flat, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but would also recommend a take away from the thai restaurant just a two minute walk from the flat. A grocery store five minutes away. Street parking outside, parking fees of approx 25 SEK an hour between 7 and 19.

It was a lovely long weekend together with my two friends from Switzerland 😁We enjoyed the town and it was a pleasure for me, living in Sweden for two years, to see how much they enjoyed it and kind of fell in love with Sweden too.🥰The Appartement was perfekt for us and we can think about doing that again.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und grundsätzlich sehr Gut ausgestattet , aber leider war sie kleiner als erwartet. Das Bett war für zwei große Menschen viel zu klein und außerdem war die Wohnung direkt neben dem Aufzug, die Wände sind sehr dünn daher haben wir jeden Bewohner beim aus und ein gehen sehr genau gehört. An sonsten empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Beautiful apartment, with everything you needed. Short walk away from the metro station which takes you straight into the centre. Andreas was very responsive and answered all questions promptly.

It was very good but I didnt like that there wasnt a hair dryer, in bedroom was just table light. But everything else is super.

Mooi appartement op een rustige locatie

Stayed here in between moving apartments and it really had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! A fully equipped (albeit small) kitchen, lots of storage space and quite clean. Also location was good, with communication (both boats and the train) around the corner. Train yard is literally just outside the building but not really anything that’s bothering (in fact for our 2-year old it was an added bonus!)

L'appartement de Olof était tout simplement parfait.Les instructions données par message étaient très clair, nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement.Je vous recommande !

Nice quiet place close to the subway.

Great location and access to the apartment. SÖDER is a great neighborhood and very walkable while at the same time easily accessible to public transportations. I highly recommend this place if you ever swing by Stockholm!
