Location is fantastic. Trendy restaurants, bakery, small shops and supermarket around the corner and a very quiet apartment located in a side street. It was a 5 minute walk to the subway and on a sunny day only 25 minutes to the city center. Apartment has a Scandinavian decluttered and wood interior and feel. Bedroom bed sleeps extremely well, whilst sofa bed is fine for 2 nights. Great place to make a breakfast, though not a kitchen or amenities to make dinners. Overall, it was what I was looking for for this visit.

Nice appartement in very good part of the city

We had a great stay here, great location with easy access to trasport. Would have been nice to have some local recomendations for the area and to have some basics at the appartment. Would recommend staying here.

Tolles Zimmer, aber recht klein. Kochen muss man unten in der Küche, das ist bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas lästig. Für einen langen Aufenthalt etwas ungemütlich. Jedoch sehr sauber und tolle Kommunikation. Ich hatte aber tatsächlich angst mein Handy zu verlieren, da ich ohne App nicht mehr in das Haus, Fahrstuhl, Zimmer gekommen wäre.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und bei Problemen immer schnell zu erreichen. :)

El apartamento está genial, muy bien comunicado con el centro. Decir que el colchón estaba un poco hundido y que las instrucciones del cajetín de la llave no quedaban muy claras. Aún así, nuestra valoración es muy positiva.

Very nice place at a good price

Fredrik was easy to communicate with and he was very quick to answer questions. The apartment is as exactly as in pictures. Calm and nice area, easy to go to central Stockholm.

The little flat of Andreas was what we needed for a short visit, well equipped, all properly arranged and in a quiet area of Stockholm. Andreas is always very reactive and we appreciated the communication with him. We highly recommend this place!

We (4 adults, 1 child) stayed for a couple of days. Check-in was nice and smooth. The place is nice and cozy. As noted by many, the bathroom is small. Everything else was good. There was enough and more plates/bowls/mugs in the kitchen. Andreas was also very communicative. Good stay overall.

Quiet and nice place to stay. The building is a little bit old, but all the furniture and equipments are in good conditions. The public transports are convenient, and there are more than two supermarkets around. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Thank you!

The location is relatively easy to reach by car. But it isn't easy to reach by foot with luggage because of a big slope. The apartment was easy to find, and I checked in quickly(It requires you to install an app). It was clean and tidy with enough space. The kitchen had all the equipment but was missing essential cooking items like oil, salt, pepper, and sugar(Something you usually get in any other Airbnbs). The apartment was more like a hotel than a homely feeling. The beds were very comfortable, and you get a fantastic view over Åre, especially with the sunset. I must say that there were a lot of rules in place. These rules are there for your safety but will cost a lot if you break them. There was a cleaning fee, but I still had to remove the trash and leave the towels on the floor.

A BEAUTIFUL apartment, centrally located, and kind, available hosts. I would highly recommend this stay, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway stop, 20 minute walk to old town, and near a ton of great bars and restaurants

I spent 5 nights solo in the apartment and had a fantastic time, the location is unbeatable! The apartment isn't luxury but the linens were nice, the towels big, and most importantly the bed and pillows very comfortable. I enjoyed the big TV, wifi was terrific, and a washer and dryer convenient. The bathroom space is the weakest feature and has been pointed out by other reviews. There's been some furniture changes from the photos but really about the same. Elias is a terrific and very responsive host, I had a problem trying to lock the door upon leaving and he was quick to answer and help. The location is perfect for exploring not only the Old Town but a short distance to the metro to quickly get anywhere in Stockholm, and the ferry close by to ride over to Djurgarden. I even rented a bike from Gamla Stan Cykel and zipped all around the islands. Tip: Walk around the flat part of Gamla Stan to/from the metro which is much easier for wheeling luggage. Great choice in Gamla Stan!
