Good accommodation close to the VM8 lift. We would have appreciated having a microwave since we came back from the slopes for lunch. I wasn’t comfortable being asked to use an extra app for faster communication. I booked through Airbnb and preferred to keep our conversation there. Kim responded quickly to most questions, although one went unanswered. The final automated message saying they’d give me a 5-star review and asking me to do the same so the listing keeps its high average felt somewhat presumptuous. It detracts from Airbnb’s strength of transparent reviews and ratings when choosing a stay—or hosting guests with solid reputations. After this experience, I realize I prefer renting directly from private hosts who handle the communication personally.

The apartment had everything we needed; it was cozy and minimalist. The location is extremely well thought out, with very convenient transport links to the city center. The internet was reliable. And the view from the window was spectacular – we even spotted a hare!

A very nice and lovely apartment in a perfect location in Åre. Close to the ski slopes, shops, and restaurants.

Got a canceled flight and Elias has been super helpful and understanding of the situation with accepting a very last minute booking. Thanks a lot again !

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. However, several kitchen utensils were missing, such as teaspoons, wine glasses, and mugs. It would also have been helpful to have power outlets in the large bedroom. It’s a pity.
