It was a great location: quiet neigbourhood, with 7 min walk to the green metro line. The view is stunning over the lake! The apartment is super clean-professionally handled! It is one room apartment but with one double bed and a sofa bed.The sofa bed is a bit too soft for us, but not crucial. The apartment is not very sound proof but the neighbours (also airbnb guests) are very well behaved.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view over Stockholm. The bath room was a bit unpractical; no proper shower door, quite dark, mirror got very fogged up etc.

I stayed there to attend a work conference at the Stockholmsmässan Convention Center. It's a 10-minute walk to the convention center. Approximately 10-20 minute car ride from the main city attractions. The place was clean. It doesn't have an A/C, as specified in the description, but the weather was nice. The host was very responsive.

The place was great but the apartment lacked air flow. The still air inside the apartment led to headaches for my family and we could not get enough sleep. I recommend either ceiling fans or pedestal fans to be installed in the house. The location was awesome. The apartment was super clean and very close to the Sundyberg train station. Everything was great but the comfort of the stay was negatively impacted due to poor air circulation and flow conditions. This is so important. We can stay in a 5 star hotel but if the room lacks oxygen we are not going to enjoy the stay. I and my family felt the same about this place. I hope the owner and the host make some changes.

Olof's apartment is in a lovely part of Stockholm with great shops and restaurants including the wonderful Lillebrors bakery. The flat itself was bright and spacious and stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. But we found it quite warm at night with high temperatures and no aircon. Top tip is to use the Bolt app to get taxis to the centre, waterfront, airport etc.

Mooi appartement in vrijstaand huis. Netjes en met alles wat je nodig hebt. Solna is rustige buurt maar metro is 10 minuten lopen dus je bent zo in het centrum. Voor 3 personen ideaal vonden wij.

Apartment super gelegen für Erkundungen von Stockholm zu Fuss, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem Notwendigen ( auch Seife, Duschdas, Shampoo) und sehr sauber. Fredrik hat super Anreise Infos gegeben und es war alles gut zu finden. Aber die Umgebung war im Juli mit gutem Wetter doch sehr laut abends/nachts mit den Restaurants. Am besten mitfeiern 🙂

Optimal in Södermalm gelegene Wohnung im 3. OG. Equipment nicht mehr das neueste, aber sehr gepflegt. Zugang mit App unkompliziert, Kommunikation sehr schnell und präzise.

Casa molto carina, ordinata e pulita! Ottima la posizione, sia per arrivare in centro (15 min con i mezzi) sia per i servizi e ristoranti del quartiere! Olof è stato un host gentile e reattivo nel risponderci! La consigliamo :)

The location is convenient, close to the Green Line Metro, and near the ICA grocery store. There are many restaurants around. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Olof was very responsive.It would be nice if facial tissues and kitchen paper were provided. Additionally, the bathroom door makes a creaking sound, which is a bit annoying. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Nice place few minutes away from downtown Stockholm. Great support as well.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from a metro station that takes you right to the center and a bus even closer that also takes you to the center. A Clean apartment that has a great kitchen, and is perfect to stay at if you plan to visit the city. Just a tip that it would be nice to have a bit more basic cooking amenities such as salt, pepper and cooking oil. The curtain in the pictures in front of the bedroom was not there anymore, would've been nice to have with the early sunrise but we worked around it. Also would've been nice to have a place to put your clothes instead of having to keep them in your suitcase on the ground.We stayed for a week and only received one pair of towels, would have been nice to have an extra pair. Calm building in a nice neighborhood with a supermarket pretty close by. Overall, very positive stay, just minor things that could make it even better. Would not recommend for more than two people (or 2 people with a child).
