Optimal in Södermalm gelegene Wohnung im 3. OG. Equipment nicht mehr das neueste, aber sehr gepflegt. Zugang mit App unkompliziert, Kommunikation sehr schnell und präzise.

Casa molto carina, ordinata e pulita! Ottima la posizione, sia per arrivare in centro (15 min con i mezzi) sia per i servizi e ristoranti del quartiere! Olof è stato un host gentile e reattivo nel risponderci! La consigliamo :)

The location is convenient, close to the Green Line Metro, and near the ICA grocery store. There are many restaurants around. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Olof was very responsive.It would be nice if facial tissues and kitchen paper were provided. Additionally, the bathroom door makes a creaking sound, which is a bit annoying. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Nice place few minutes away from downtown Stockholm. Great support as well.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from a metro station that takes you right to the center and a bus even closer that also takes you to the center. A Clean apartment that has a great kitchen, and is perfect to stay at if you plan to visit the city. Just a tip that it would be nice to have a bit more basic cooking amenities such as salt, pepper and cooking oil. The curtain in the pictures in front of the bedroom was not there anymore, would've been nice to have with the early sunrise but we worked around it. Also would've been nice to have a place to put your clothes instead of having to keep them in your suitcase on the ground.We stayed for a week and only received one pair of towels, would have been nice to have an extra pair. Calm building in a nice neighborhood with a supermarket pretty close by. Overall, very positive stay, just minor things that could make it even better. Would not recommend for more than two people (or 2 people with a child).

Un appartement avec le charme de l'ancien, bien rénové et équipé, avec une très belle vue sur le lac et un petit balcon très appréciable. très bien situé poir visiter Stockholm, à quelques stations de métro du centre.une coop juste à côté, une plage baignade quasi au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour !

Die Bettdecken sind für die Sommerzeit zu warm, denn die Wohnung heizt sich sehr auf. Wenn das Fenster geöffnet wird, ist es wegen der Nähe zur Bahn laut. Außerdem steigt der Rauch der Raucher in die Wohnung, die draußen vor der Tür ihren Platz haben. Das stört. -Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Vielen Dank.

great place! olof was super nice and gave detailed instructions beforehand. place looked just like the listing and was in a nice area. there were a few bees outside on the balcony though so watch if you’re allergic. overall, would definitely recommend!!!

In total the apartment was great! Very clean, comfy beds, big bathroom. But since we arrived on the weekend we didn’t notice at first that the construction side directly in front of the windows will be extremely loud. They started drilling with heavy machinery early in the morning (7am) and kept going when we got back to the apartment in the evening. This continued during all weekdays. It was not mentioned that there will be a construction side in-front of our windows.

Mycket bra läge med nära till det mesta.

Vi hade en otroligt härlig helg i Åre och denna fina lägenhet var verkligen prisvärd! Allting var rent och prydligt, balkongen är stor med sköna möbler och hade en fantastisk utsikt! Pontus var mycket hjälpsam, svarade snabbt och var väldigt tillmötesgående. Kommer absolut att vilja bo här igen och jag rekommenderar varmt! 🌟

Positive: It has a great location. Everything can be reach within a few minutes. Grocery store, gym, pub and tobac is in the neighbore. Simple equipment but enough.Negative: There is a contruction facility next to the building but was not too noisy.

Il y a aussi un bus qui est à 2 minutes à pieds. Quartier calme et logement idéal pour profiter d'un séjour dans cette ville. Il n'est pas nécessaire de faire les escaliers depuis l'arrivée avec le bateau, il existe un ascenseur qui vous amène tout en haut vous évitant de porter les valises. Contact via mail pour donner les informations sur les différents codes mais tout s'est très bien passéNegative: Nous avions 2 studios dont un au 4ème étage avec une vue fantastique, par contre la vue du studio du Rez donne sur des pierres. Pas de balcon mais le studio ne fait qu'office de passage pour les nuits. Il n'y pas de commerces dans les environs. Prévoyez du PQ en quantité si vous restez quelques jours.
