Good Location within close proximity to all the sites. The apartment was clean and in excellent condition. The location is across the road from a very good grocery store , which was very helpful. There is a lovely park a few minutes walk which was a nice area to spend an afternoon. I would absolutely return to the property.

We stayed in this flat a few days to visit the city.The apartment is perfectly located in the Sodermalm neighbourhood with many cafés, restaurants and shops. You can join the Gamla Stan neighbourhood by walking in a few minutes.The apartments was very quiet and we could sleep peacefully at night.Elias was very responsive and explained to us in all details how to get to the flat.

Modernes Appartement, etwas hellhörig aber gut auszuhalten. Für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, der Bahnhof Alsvjö und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Innenstadt von Stockholm und entsprechende Sehenswürdigkeiten waren entspannt zu erreichen. Für unseren Sightseeing-Urlaub war diese Unterkunft super 👍🏻 für mehr als zwei Personen empfinden wir es als etwas eng.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Lage ist perfekt um Stockholm zu erkunden. Elias ist ein Super Host. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für vier Tage um Stockholm zu erkunden. Hierfür ist es völlig ausreichend. Ruhig gelegen, Bett, Dusche, Küche ausreichend und ok. Es ist ein großes Haus, und muss früher ein Heim, Krankenhaus oder etwas ähnliches gewesen sein. Man fühlt sich sicher. Direkt vor der Tür hält der Bus und man ist in ca. 10 min im Centrum. Für das Geld hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Billederne af boligen snyder lidt. De er taget så boligen ser en smule større ud. Sengen burde være en størrelse større. Den er for lille til to voksne mennesker. Det ville være rart med et sted at hænge håndklæder, så de kan tørre ordentlig. Ellers dejligt og meget roligt sted. Det er så nemt at komme til alt ting. Et fint sted til få overnatninger.

A stunning flat finished to a really high standard. Lots of space, very clean and everything we needed was provided. check in was very easy and it was in an incredible location, just 5 min from the water and park. Fredrik was very helpful and responded quickly. I absolutely recommend. Thank you for having us.

Le logement d'Andreas correspond parfaitement à la description faite. Très propre, très calme, il est situé à moins de 5 min d'une ligne de ferry qui permet d'accéder très facilement au centre de Stockholm. Nous l'avons pris tous les jours, très pratique ! Les consignes sont très claires et la clé électronique s'avère très pratique aussi.Quelques pistes possibles d'amélioration : nous sommes venus à 4 (2 adultes et 2 jeunes adolescents) et il a manqué parfois de rangements (placards pour des vêtements, chargeurs de téléphones) ou de place pour tous manger autour de la table. Mais je suppose que les gens mangent plutôt à l'extérieur (ce que nous avons fait à midi, mais pas le soir). Un petit meuble à gauche dans le salon et ce serait parfait ! Un balai serait également le bienvenu, histoire de tout laisser bien propre en partant. Merci à Andreas pour son accueil !

We had a nice stay in Stockholm in Andreas' appartment.Checkin and everything went smooth and the appartment was well prepared and "made" to be rented out as an AirBnB (seems like all the flats in that builing were AirBnBs).Most likely these appartments are student rooms that are rented out during the summer break - at least I hope that this is the case, otherwise it would leave a bitter side taste, knowing the rent situation in Stockholm.Only thing I did not like is that "Andreas" is acting like a real person, while there is clearly a rental company behind that profile. Even the profile picture is just a stock foto, which made me suspicious at first as I thought that I had fallen victim to a scammer first (Andreas had 88 places to rent when I checked "his" profile).Besides that, all good, I recommend the place for a stay in Stockholm. Thanks!

Wir waren im Rahmen unserer Reise in Olofs Unterkunft untergebracht. Die Lage und die Wohnung waren wunderbar. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut. DIe Kommunikation mit Olof funktionierte super. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
