Nice flat in an excellent location. Relatively easy to get to the city, but the neighbourhood itself is nice and quiet, with lots of parks nearby for relaxation.

Kokemus oli hyvä ja asunto siisti ja helposti löydettävissä. Ongelmia oli vain aluksi avaimen saannin kanssa, mutta Fredrik vastasi heti ja hoiti asian nopeasti kuntoon. Kiitos! Voimme tulla toistekin!

Positive: Lugnt o skönt område på Söder, men fortfarande nära till allt. Affär (Coop) rakt över gatan som är öppen till 22; bussar en kort promenad bort.Negative: Tillfälliga byggarbeten i närheten, men bara under dagtid (och värden hade informerat om detta, så inga problem).

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Stockholm. Die Wohnung war sauber und man ist innerhalb 20-30 Minuten in der Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Very good value for money! Spacious apartment & the location is closer to the city centre than it looks on the map.

The room is nice and clean. Good location. Quite surroundings.

We were overall very pleased. One thing we didn’t know when booking is that the apartment building is a hospital renovation that seems incomplete. Don’t let that stop you, because it was safe, clean and in a perfect location. The kids loved the nearby park and don’t miss Elie’s Lebanese restaurant nearby. It was amazing food! Södermalm in general is a very nice district.

Very nice apt .with good communications.We used the shuttleboat from Dalenum to Stockholm center every day. This kind of communication was frequent and provided a very pleasant trip by boat.We liked staying at the apartment. Thanks a lot Andreas.

Andre gang jeg bor her. Fantastisk beliggenhet i sødermalm. Olof følger tett opp og kommuniserer godt. Dette var igjen en god opplevelse og jeg kommer tilbake !

Very nice host. Answered on messages quick. The place was very nice and clean. If I ever return to Stockholm I’ll probably rent from Olof again!

Elias' place is in the heart of Soder, close to great shops, fantastic cocktail bars, and pedestrian streets and parks.

I enjoyed the stay. The neighbourhood is nice and very convenient

La casa è pulita e funzionale. A pochi passi c’è Sofo che è un quartiere molto bello con diverse proposte di locali e caffetterie.
