Bushaltestelle Linie 76 keine 100 Meter, Linie 3 ca. 500Meter vom Haus entfernt . Dadurch war man zügig in der Stadt oder der U-Bahn.Die Kosten für die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sind verglichen mit anderen großen Städten, günstig.Wir haben in Stockholm noch längst nicht alles gesehen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen

Great place, great location, and very clean. Very roomy. Very nice neighborhood and walkable to many great Stockholm attractions.

El barrio es perfecto para alojarse, zona moderna y llena de locales para comer pero también para pasear.Olof dio indicaciones para la llegada y la salida. Es todo con códigos, no es bienvenida en persona. El apartamento es estupendo y tiene una pequeña terraza aunque no pudimos utilizarla por frío. Es muy bonito y acogedor, ideal para 3 personas. La cama era cómoda, ropa limpia de cama y toallas. La cocina es amplia y tiene utensilios. Muy buen alojamiento, ¡lo recomiendo!

Comfortable, clean apartment in a great location

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, wir wurden von Andreas gut vorab zum Ablauf informiert. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit der Metro. Auch die Haltestelle war nah und innerhalb von 5 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Für den ersten Kaffe gab es nahe der Unterkunft ein kleines Café, welches allerdings in der Woche um 10 Uhr öffnet. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab einen großen Kühlschrank und in der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten waren groß und sauber, auch der Stauraum für Klamotten war perfekt.Minimale Abzüge gibt es nur für den nicht so gut riechenden Abfluss im Bad, der Geruch verflog jedoch nach dem Duschen. Auch der Toilettensitz hätte einen Austausch nötig. Alles in allem war wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Sehr saubere Wohnung in toller Lage. Einzig der Umstand, dass mehrfach gefordert wurde, die Hausregeln zu akzeptieren, die Mitreisenden und sich selbst über Social Media zu identifizierten, obwohl dies alles längst erledigtwar, war etwas nervig, zumal man bereits das zweite Mal eine Wohnung bei Olof gemietet hat.

Nos gusto mucho el apartamento de Andreas! Lo único es que el "sofa cama" no era una cama de verdad sino un colchoncito pequeño... La comunicación y localidad sin embargo fue genial!

Olof is a great host. This was my second year in the row at his place. His place is on one of the best streets in town.

Upside: Comfortable apartment on second floor. Nicely decorated. Excellent location in easy walking distance of two bus lines and a subway. Great view over the water.Downside: Clearly a commercial property with inadequate oversight. Maintenance issues - badly squeaking doors, loose door handle. Shortage of glasses in kitchen (only partially addressed after request made).

Olof was very helpful and flexible. The apartment was exactly as pictured, well equipped and clean. We had a great time during our stay!

Had a great stay overall, it was clean and a pretty good location for local transportation. The only negative was the smelly bathroom, like the drain to the shower wasn't clean.

Great value for money stay in Stockholm.Positive: Everything went very smoothly, the apartment was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, with all the basic amenities. Beds are comfortable, furniture is decent and sufficient, the apartment was clean. Good value for money deal in Stockholm. Decent connection to the city center (bus 76, metro), quiet neighborhood, a good food shop nearby. No issues entering the building with a code, although initially the instructions seemed daunting.Negative: As we travelled as a family, doors to close off the living room from the kitchen would have been appreciated (to allow sleep-ins). Bathroom is very basic, but functional - maybe adding a waste bin would be an improvement. Board games or some entertainment (toys) for kids would be appreciated.

Stayed for 3 days and the place was as mentioned. There were slight issues with coffee machine but Andreas got it replaced the very next day. The place is close to train, bus and ferry station which made the commute easy.

Great stay! Easy check in, extremely clean, and very easy to communicate with the host. Lots of nice bars and restaurants to walk to as well!

Bueno en general

The place is just gorgeous, and the view is fantastic. Do not book apartments in the center of Stockholm; these apartments are in a great location, allowing you to explore much more and experience the quiet and beautiful life of locals. Absolutely worth it!
