Easy to check in and very clean!

The apartment is located in a great area with shops and cafés within walking minutes. Self check in/out instructions are very clear and the building is easy to find. The door of the apartment functions with a code which is very practical if you travel with a group and do not arrive/ leave at the same time.

Great space, loved the local area and plenty of busses to get around

Olof's place was a great base for our stay in Stockholm. The area in Sodermalm is very quiet and peaceful with easy access to parks nearby. A bit of a walk to the subway, but a bus station is right around the corner and the electric scooters are easy to use in the area. The apartment itself matched the description and photos perfectly and Olof always made himself a quick message away if there were any issues, of which we had none.

Convenient stay in thie studio with fabulous view on Stockholm. Andreas was easy to reach and always helpful. I used public transport for all my day trips which was very convenient.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked the kitchen set up and the spacious room. The host was friendly and very responsive. He provided very helpful check-in instructions and accurate directions to the apartment which made finding the apartment easier. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Olof’s place is in a quite neighbourhood, just off the town. It was easy to access with bus stop right next to the apartment. The place was well maintained. It’s small, but practical and well organised. Olof was communicating throughout, and was always responsive. PS: Bathroom is extremely small. Great stay

Andreas’ flat in Östermalm was a perfect home base for our long weekend in Stockholm. It is very well located and convenient to attractions, restaurants, grocery, etc. The apartment itself was well equipped and kept in pristine condition. Andreas provided all the information we needed to check in and have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

My 8 year old daughter and I sincerely enjoyed our stay at Fredrik’s abode. The apartment itself was light, bright and airy - it felt so good to come back to after a day of exploring the city. The proximity was prime and central to great restaurants, bakeries, parks, bus lines and extremely walkable. We are excited to return in the future!

Myself and two colleagues stayed at Andreas' place for a week while at a conference at Stockholmsmässan. The apartment was exactly as described/photographed, a very convenient 10 min walk from the conference venue, and a 15 min walk from the nearest train station with a direct train into Stockholm city centre. The apartment had all the items necessary for a comfortable stay, with facilities to make food and do laundry, if needed. Andreas was very communicative and replied to messages quickly.

Positive: Hinta-laatu -suhde hyvä, siisti ja tilava majoituspaikka.Negative: Kaipasin tiskiharjaa ja mikroa. Lisäksi ekana päivänä kannettiin tavat ja pyörät kierreportaita kolme kerrosta, koska hissi ei toiminut. Kuultiin myöhemmin, että toisaalla oleva hissi toimii. Oltiin siis aluksi tultu väärästä ovesta sisään (oli vaikeaa myös löytää ovi rakennuksen sisälle), tai kyllä sieltäkin huoneeseen pääsi, mutta tosiaan ehjä hissi oli toisessa rapussa.

we had a very nice and peaceful time at Fredrik's apartment. there is plenty of space, and it's quite cool in the summer. the area is super quiet: residential with a few cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket all within a few minutes walk. we were looking for somewhere peaceful, green, and by the water - one would have thought it hard to find this within 15 mins bus ride of central Stockholm, but this made it very easy!

Très bon emplacement. Appartement agréable, je recommande.
