The apartment was beautiful, just as in photos and a great location to explore Stockholm from. Elias was a good host- very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Positive: Perfect location with awesome playground in park righ next to the apartment (kids loved it). Skanstull metro is like 10 minutes of walking and you can find there many good restaurants/bistros (Ringvägen street). The apartment was clean and nice, we enjoyed it.Negative: Recuring early check-in and late check-out offers which was a bit annoying.

In general, the accommodation was very nice and clean. The only problem was that the oven didn't work.

Olof was heel vriendelijk, maar de accommodatie was lastig toegankelijk met moeilijke sloten en de planken vielen uit de kast. het bed was erg laag voor mijn gehandicapte man. de bus stopte pal voor de deur en zo kwamen we overal, de supermarkt vlakbij was ook fijn. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Pros : Located in a very nice area in Stockholm. Steps away from the sea and the beautiful deck. Close to Simones Pizzeria ( probably the best pizza in town ). Easy access to public transport, inside a newly built compound.Cons : Too much light into the apartment as early as 3am in the morning. One of the windows in bedroom has no curtain or shades. Not an easy setup with 2 small kids. However, I am sure Olof will fix that with some dark curtains and shades :)

A great place to stay in a nice part of town, with easy access into the city centre. The flat was really clean, modern and tidy, the linen and towels were really nice. Instructions were clear and easy to access the apartment and with good security. We would stay there again next time we visit. Thank you.

Appartement très agréable! Propre, lumineux, spacieux. Le métro est à cinq minutes, et ça prend une vingtaine de minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville. Quartier tranquille et épicerie entre le métro et l'appartement. Arrivée facile et Andreas nous a répondu rapidement quand nous avons eu des questions à ce sujet. Nous recommandons :^)

Perfect place for a week in Stockholm

Lovely stay at Andreas’ apartment. Great location right infront of the metro station (may be a little noisy). Bathroom flush stopped working on the first day and nothing could be done during the rest of the stay which was quite disappointing. Nonetheless I enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it.

Eine schöne Wohnung perfekt für zwei Personen. Super Lage (Bushaltestellen, Supermarkt vor der Haustür, Zugang zum Wasser und Park). Von der Baustelle haben wir nur wenig mitbekommen. CheckIn: Man braucht drei Codes, um ins Gebäude/in die Wohnung zu gelangen, aber bei uns hat alles funktioniert. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Der Schlaf-/Wohnraum konnte gut abgedunkelt werden, was bei den langen Sommertagen sehr praktisch ist. Von der „vollausgestatteten“ Küche waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Wir hätten grundlegende Küchenutensilien wie Salz, Öl und Kaffeepulver (für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine) erwartet. Die Herdplatten werden leider sehr verklebt und die Dunstabzugshaube hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Um das Geschirr zu spülen hätten wir uns einen Abflussstöpsel in der Spüle in der Küche gewünscht. Aber vermutlich ist das in Schweden nicht üblich. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

The accommodation matched the pictures perfectly. It is situated in a quiet area, easily accessible by public transport, with lovely spots nearby for walks. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, there is no iron or hairdryer. It was very warm in the building during our stay. Unfortunately, the check-in time is fixed and can only be adjusted for an additional fee. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Olof was a great host. Super cute clean apartment close to everything. Stay here if you can.
